I also dipped gauze pads in the solution and left it on the area for 10-20 minutes followed up with gentile rinsing, drying, and moisturizing.*. *I used the vinegar solution until I had no visible scabs or wounds and have since been using CeraVe Facial Cleanser at night followed up with some Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream. I will also do a thin layer of Vaseline if I am at work because I find my face mask absorbs all of the moisturizer and this helps me have to re-apply less frequently.*.
