 I'm now on my second bottle of this. I use this once a day in my own routine, but you can use it twice a day just depending on your goals and your skin type and what other products you have in your routine. Now, the whole premise of this product is really all about the salicylic acid. Everything is built around that as the main ingredient

 I'm going to link some of my favorite face sunscreens below so you can check those out. So yeah, this cleanser is just so nice. It's so elegant to use and best of all, it is super affordable right now. I think it's priced right around ten dollars

 so I really appreciate that about this particular product. However, just because it's gentle and enjoyable to use does not mean that it lacks efficacy, right? So exfoliation doesn't have to be painful to be effective. Remember that? Okay, so then you're just going to rinse it off, pat dry, and you can already feel a nice smooth surface to the skin and just a few short uses of this. So the first couple of times I used this, I noticed a little bit of uptick in redness on my cheeks, but I am a little bit more rosacea prone, a little more sensitive skin than just a normal skin type person, so that might just be unique to my particular skin

I use **Effaclar lotion astringent** twice a week or when I'm feeling oily or have noticeably more blackheads for PM only.  The lotion have a very strong stinging alcohol smell. 

Skin type: Oily dry combination skin. I occasionally get bad hormonal acne. I wear makeup 3-4 times a week.

For the Salicylic acid cleanser...I have yet to see any big changes but my blackheads haven't been as noticeable as before

At that point I'd been using some Mario Badescu for a bit, but after lurking in this sub I started replacing each product with an alternative I found suggested in here. I have combination skin prone to breakouts and blackheads even though I'm pushing 40, plus hyperpigmentation and redness issues.

Mine used to be awful, but salicylic acid and niacinamide helped immensely. I just recently got my hands on the cerave sa cleanser and it's as good as they say, and I used the niacinamide serum from the ordinary.

But overall, this is it. Love my simple routine so far. Although at the same time Im still looking for some products with maybe more hydration or sth that can solve acne scars.

I just currently started using TO *Ascorbyl Glucosside 12%* for morning serum and *OAT Cleansing Balm* for double cleansing, which I think is still too early to comment on.

Currently, I believe I have found some products that can at the moment put the oil at bay. Really surprised to finally have found something that works. For skin health in general, for acne and for excessive sebum production.
