 You could mess around in camp with it in that first area of retention and then could then push it all the way in when you start moving around more. Just a thought.  Had I known the sheath was this bad (I expected tight but this is kinda crazy) I would have just opted for another Mora.

Knife is all good but the sheath is wayyy too tight

 Carry it frequently slid down inside my muck boot or my gaiters when snowshoeing as ifs handier and more comfortable than on belt under vest and jacket. Took it out last week while sharpening other knives and noticed very tiny chips in belly of blade. I had not used it since cutting the branch and didn't note any chips then. Not sure if damage is from blade hitting inside of sheath due to my carry location, but a mora has been carried same way for years and not shown the same damage

 If it was a more expensive knife I would of returned it. Other than it being to tight in the sheath (mine is now ok) it is a great knife for the price.

Great knife for the cost. Was very sharp out of the box and feels sturdy in my hand, no hot spots. Problem is the sheath, way to tight. So tight it is a safety issue and need to hands to get the knife out! Unfortunately I can see someone cutting themselves getting it out, this must be fixed
