 It is by far one of the most comfortable pillows I have owned and I would rate it five stars in a heartbeat as far as comfort and durability are concerned. The pillow recently started to give in and has shrunk considerably since I purchased it. I decided to finally look into a replacement pillow when I had washed the cover and realized how the pillow barely fills it in compared to how it was when I purchased it and I had to squeeze the pillow into its cover. I first attempted to go through Sam's Club for the replacement since it is usually easier, but they were unable to find my purchase information for the pillow

Bought one of these in standard size a couple of years ago and it is the most comfortable pillow ever, stays cool all night and holds its shape well. Bought a couple of these in king size and can’t help but be disappointed. Why change the perfect pillow? The memory foam is still good, but the cooling gel is not nearly as good as the older version. Had to return. Perhaps I got a dud, but I've been sleeping on the old style of the same gel coolong pillow from Costco, and this new version does not live up to the old style in terms of cooling.  The loft/density seems to be the same, but, full disclosure, I did not use it. One touch of the cooling, and I knew it was not comparable to my old pillow

not happy about the comfort

I like the pillow as far as being comfortable but as far as the cooling goes, it doesn't last long for me.  I go to bed around 10pm and it only stays cool till about 1am. I am awakened because I am so hot, so I don't think that the pillow lets the airflow through or something.  To sum it up, love the pillow because its very comfortable but hate it because it makes me overheat

Was hoping for refreshing coolness.

 However, a couple of days ago the gel started to LEAK slowly, leaving my pillow case all STICKY. I hope I can get a replacement, because it's a very nice pillow still under warranty.
