This one was a champ at heating evenness, earning an Excellent on our mashed potato test, but it was a slowpoke at heating a simple bowl of water. It’s average at defrosting and pretty quiet. And for the price, it’s worth a look.

  Pros: Cheap, Easy to set up, relatively lightweight, cooking modes and power level, clock  Cons: Retains moisture and smell like gym socks from lack of ventilation, turntable destabilizes often, loud, really doesn't accommodate most popcorn bags.  I'll say it again: You get what you pay for, everything that is nicely cheap like this microwave will have clear drawbacks over more expensive models.

 I bought it to use in my dorm to make popcorn, ramen, tea, etc. It heats foot quickly as any other microwave and was relatively cheap. I imagine the microwave will last me more than a few years as long as I don't drop it.  There are standard features that most microwaves have: variable power modes, popcorn mode, other preset modes, a clock, digital display, etc

You get what you pay for

The microwave is clearly advertised as 700 Watt, but the manual says 1100 Watt power consumption and 700 Watt microwave power, then saying it consumes 12 amps, equally 1800 watts. Way higher than I wanted, and the advertising is deceptive. I also thought I was getting a new one, not a pre-owned. Haven't tried it yet, hope it's okay!
