 I decided that I love the comfort and shape of them and that my former pillows are absolutely atrocious so this is a step up from that at least, but I think for a long-term use I will be turning to organic options

Good Support, but the Smell!

 I still struggled with the lumps. I tried removing all but a layer that was maybe an inch and a half high, and putting an older, softer pillow (more for stomach/back sleepers than side sleepers like me) on top of it. I couldn't feel the lumps right on my face, but it didn't feel right on my neck and that pillowcase full of loose stuffing sitting next to the bed seemed like a huge waste of money. I initiated the return process on amazon the next morning

 I'm hopeful that this one will be different, but I won't be surprised if eventually the pain starts up again. However, I'm writing this to inform people about that cheap foam. I really wish the manufacturer would have just omitted it; with how much stuffing everyone is removing, you'd think it would be more cost effective to only include the amount of memory foam that's currently in it without the cheap stuff. Since that's not going to happen, be aware of that stuff, because it really does affect the overall feel of the pillow

Glad I gave it a second chance after discovering it's not pure memory foam

 The pillow was supportive, slightly responsive (my head did NOT make a big dent where it got stuck all night, like typical memory foam), and just...very, very comfortable

Comfy, but sleeps warm/hot. Try Eden first.
