 That said, Currex Runpro Low profile are good but $50.  I didn't like them in trail runners, but currently have them in my work boots.

I'm looking to move to trail runners from my hiking shoes as I work towards being more ultralight (with my packed gear) for multi-day backpacking trips.  I'm gonna try out the Altra Lone Peak 5's or a pair of Topo Terra entire 2's.  Thing is is that I have low arches in my feet, so I've typically worn foam molded inserts in my shoes for extra support.  Does it defeat the purpose of no-drop or minimal drop shoes if I've got inserts like these in them or does it matter?

Inserts for low arches in trail runners?

 These insoles had fair reviews so I took a gamble.  Overall they were not bad. They were easy to install, comfortable and breathable for my feet, and immediately made my old shoes feel new again. Walking with them was comfortable and provided fair support

Looking for some recommendations for insoles that will fit well with Altra Lone Peak 5's. 

I'm in the process of jumping ship from a mid boot to a trail shoe and I'm finding that the Lone Peak's are lacking in arch support. 

I've previously hiked in Nike Pegasus Trail 2 Gore Tex and found that they take a long time to dry out once they wet out (which, as I'm hiking in Ireland, is very quick and very often).

I've seen some people online talking about the [Superfeet Trailblazers](https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/trailblazer-comfort), has anyone here got anything (good or bad) to say about the fit and support provided by these?

Arch supporting insoles for Altra Lone Peak 5's

Mediocre

I second the Currex RunPro recommendation. I have 11 pairs of Hoka max cushion shoes. RunPro soles seem like they were designed specifically for Hoka because the fit is so good.

Hi all - sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I’m wondering whether anyone has recommendations for good aftermarket inserts for max cushion shoes like Hoka Bondi or others. I’ve tried superfeet green and a few others, but ran into the following problems:

(1)Aftermarket insoles seem like they tend to increase drop

(2) Insoles like superfeet are hard plastic, taking away from the plush feeling of max cushion shoes. 

Sometimes I think of ditching inserts altogether, but I find that they do help with warding off knee pain, as well as increasing my performance generally. 

Thoughts?

Do anyone have experience with Superfeet green or blue insoles? which one is suitable for running shoes?

The materials are not supportive enough for my flat feet, 205-pound frame. Got the low arch version. On my feet all day as a ortho PA in surgery and clinic. Have a lot of arch foot fatigue compared to the black Superfeet, which I’ll probably go back to
