 So this glove actually comes in two separate pieces. You can choose to wear them together or on their own. We have a fleece liner glove, which is really soft, it fits really close to your skin just to give you great dexterity, and they are touchscreen compatible. They have these little pads on the index and the thumb that allow you to use any touchscreen device while keeping the glove on and staying absolutely warm

 I personally like to use both of these gloves together just to get my absolute amount of warmth and then if I do ever need to use any kind of touchscreen device, I just quickly slip off the shell. What is really great about the shell glove is that it has the extreme waterproofness of a Gore-Tex membrane. So instead of a waterproof coating that goes on the outside of the glove, there's actually a membrane built in between the shell material and the lining material. The Gore-Tex membrane will never wear out, never need to be replaced, unlike traditional waterproof coatings that just lay on the top material

 The materials on this glove are really built for durability and comfort. For the shell, there's a nylon and polyester blend material on the outside with a rubberized palm on the inside for really good grip. The interior down here by the fingers in the palm is lined with really soft Trico. On the right glove you have a really great nose wipe and on the left thumb there's actually a goggle squeegee

I give these gloves a solid meh. I'm a skier and they are waterproof so they have that going for them. I just wish I didn't feel like I was wearing space gloves on my hands. They are too thick for my liking and I feel all bumbly while wearing them

fingers were too long

The inner glove fit but even when I wore it within the shell glove there was too much extra room. Touch screen on the liner glove works as advertised on the index and thumb finger.

 Even thought the filling is synthetic and not down, it is bulky yet lightweight and seems that it will be warm. Both the glove and the liner are very grippy thanks to the rubbery materials. These seem to cover all my needs. While this style also comes in the mitten version that everyone says is supposed to be warmer, I'm giving this full finger version a try first

Waterproof but NOT WARM. Hands were freezing. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered these gloves for skiing in the northeast. They come with a liner, and wearing the liner and gloves together keeps me warm for a full day of skiing (although it is not extremely cold in the northeast). The gloves are not too bulky so it's easy to maneuver with them on - pull the bungee cord over your sleeves or tighten the strap, zip up your jacket, fix your boots, etc.

I personally don't use them, but it's a nice bonus feature should you need them for any reason
