 Speak indeed, so the doll is Spectre like The Spectre one. It'S quite a deceptive speaker. In my opinion, it produces a much larger sound than you perhaps think that it would be capable of the spectre. 2 features a 5 and quarter-inch driver in there, which is made from the wood fiber material, as most Dali speakers do, use that speaker, driver and then the 25 mil tweeter is heads at the top

These were purchased by my son from Amazon, but "doesn't have time" to write reviews. After hooking them up to his integrated amp, he called me to come over and listen because they didn't sound right. Turned out he had the polarity wrong on one of them. While I was there we gave them a listen

  Maybe these were cheaper when they first came out? I don't know. But when matched up against the current bookshelf speakers I own:  Q Acoustics 3020i and Elac Debut 2 B6.2. Sound and build quality (especially the build quality of the 3020i) are so much better than this model of Dali

 Indeed the reviews were correct, the details were amazing and I didn't mess with "toe in" placement of the Sepkor, lined them up in parallel. The Sepkor sound was not as lush/rich 3D like 705S2 but good enough to hear all of the details at mid-range/high frequencies for netflix movies. I bought the DALI after reviewing many reviews online for best speakers under $500. Build quality and sound quality being the 2 most important factors. Sepkor's are to complement the Martin Logan Aeon I electro-static for front channel and cinema i for center and REL T9i subs. I haven't broken them in yet but I compared the sound output with my B&W 705 S2 using Parasound Halo A21 amp/P3 preamp

Very pleased with these speakers, had them for about 6 months now and the sound quality gets better as they run in. We are only using them with a turntable and we have been very pleased with the sound. For the price of these speakers you can’t go wrong.

All in all these speakers happened to be extremely well tamed and neutral, which for some professional and amateur engineers might be perfect. But I like to hear every detail in my recordings.  This was not an issue for me because I already own the 210s and am very happy with them. It was the bottom end especially that disappointed me with the 220s. I have never liked their plinth port design (Also Featured on the Reva 4 which I also own, but absent on my 210s). It just sucks the life out of the bass of the speaker

 I drive them through a modest Teac UD-301 and Adcom GFA-535ii straight from my Mac and they sing beautifully. Full and present bottom end with a real good punch. Crisp, clean and incredibly transparent highs. Great imaging

 Currently, I'm using my old Denon AVR-X5200W (140wpc stereo into 8 ohm loads), but I'll pick up separates at some point. I listen to classic rock, grunge, acoustic, instrumental jazz, classical, and movie soundtracks, everything sounds great on these speakers. I like these so much that I'm going to pick up some Zensors and possibly Opticons down the road. I only wish that Dali had more distributors in the U

I've owned a lot loudspeakers over the years: JVC, Polk, Klipsch, Pioneer, Bose, KEF, and Ascend, but I think these Dalis are probably my favorite. They provide a wide sound stage with a lot of detail without being too clinical or sterile like some reference studio monitors

The Dali Spektor 2 is an amazing little speaker. Sweet, transparent, detailed highs without any hint of harshness. Warm, inviting mid-range and decent bass for a 5 1/4 inch woofer. It sounds bigger than its size would indicate

 I've owned a lot loudspeakers over the years: JVC, Polk, Klipsch, Pioneer, Bose, KEF, and Ascend, but I think these Dalis are probably my favorite. They provide a wide sound stage with a lot of detail without being too clinical or sterile like some reference studio monitors. The cabinet and craftsmanship is about what you would expect in this price range for speakers made in China, not horrible, but nothing to brag about either. Sensitivity is on the low side, at about 85 dB/m/W, so you will want a beefy amp to drive these

 I had researched a bit in the background and found Dali to be a reputable manufacturer well thought of in audiophile circles so i took a chance and bought these, the upgrade in definition, clarity and depth was significant and they look pretty good too! Your experience may vary depending on music type, stereo setup and room configuration but my experience has been a very positive one. Overall i am very happy with them and will purchase more Dali equipment when i can.

I listen to a lot of my music while at my computer and i use an existing stereo of reasonable quality to play the audio from my PC. I bought these speakers as an upgrade to my audio experience on this stereo and i was rewarded with a great sound, especially considering the size and price of the speakers. Great upgrade to a small stereo

 Honestly, i am not feeling the need for additional bass in a medium sized room, where they will mostly be used for easy listening. They seem to handle all sorts of genres really well with fantastic clarity. I can feel the music more and almost become part of the performances. Can't wait for them to be run in properly!

Bought these upon recommendation and considering they are entry level speakers from Dali, i am completely blown away. The sound stage is probably the best i have heard from bookshelf speakers and the bass is impressive for their size. Honestly, i am not feeling the need for additional bass in a medium sized room, where they will mostly be used for easy listening. They seem to handle all sorts of genres really well with fantastic clarity
