I need recommendations for laptops, preferably under 650USD and not going to have a near-month delay until shipping like I've seen on most customizable options, as I need it sooner rather than later.

My preferred minimums are:  
Ryzen with 6 Cores (3000 series or newer)  
8GB of ram (16GB preferable but not necessary)  
At least 256GB of ssd space, preferably no hard drives but 500GB at minimum if necessary to do a solely hard drive option.  
15" screen, 1080p resolution (if you can vouch for the quality is a nice thing too).  
Windows  
A more quiet keyboard, as I tend to make very loud keystrokes just because of my typing speed and I plan to be using it in college, so I don't wanna bother the other classmates or anyone else really.  

If you can personally vouch for the quality of any aspect please include that too, I don't particularly care about the manufacturer as long as the quality is good.

Need recommendations (Preferably under 650USD)

  The sound is good, I can use Gigabit Ethernet on my laptop and have extra ports and much neater cables. I'm glad got it and I'm sure it'll work for other laptops later.  I got a sweet deal using a site that rhymes with Hamill x3. Check the Warehouse Deals too, that's where this one came from

 Just show you the D 6000 is able to connect to the MacBook Pro is connected up. Yep! I Definitely can see that it's actually now able to provide the power. They sieve it and I've managed to make it work with only the HDMI cable to display on the external screen itself. So I'm moving the mouse here and got keyboard down there which is kind of good

We've got network as well and but I've tried to use the display ports. It does not seem to work for the Mac itself, so it seems that only it seems to only output to one display rather than two monitors itself and it only seems to work in only HDMI configuration

 Got another two USB 3 port 2 full size display ports and hasted my port. You put the ACE power into here and we've also got the Kansas Now this docking station using the USB type-c can only charge notebooks up to 65 Watts So notebooks that have discrete graphics chipsets and then more than likely won't be a really fully charge using this dock itself. so you probably want to use external power for that one there. So here I have the D 6000 connected to this Latitude 70 to 90 which doesn't have a discreet graphics chipset on it and it's I'm able to get all to display two free external screens as you can see one three four

  I'm sure there are other docking stations out there, but this one was relatively inexpensive ($130), even though it has quirks. On the plus side, the monitors don't flicker like they did with the WD-15.

Great idea, I love the possibility of having charge + data in one connection. I like the port selection and layout, and the combination USB-A & USB-C plug is a very good idea. So close, but a few significant issues

Make sure to check the power requirements of your laptop. Thought I would be ok since I didn't have a high-powered gaming laptop, but the dock doesn't have enough juice to supply power so it doesn't function as a true dock and still requires fussing with the power cable. Practically speaking, it's really more of a fancy USB hub.
