Almost Not Worth It. Needs Alot of Improvement

I bought this about a week ago and used it one time.  My first attempt to make a label was not successful, the label tape would not move as I entered the letters.  But I finally got my label made.  I don't have a current need for another label but when I do, I wonder if I will have problems in making the label as I did with the first attempt

 No instructions so you have to guess how things work with pictures. Honestly wish I had gone with a little more expensive labeler for better quality.

Stop working

Worked properly for a few labels and then the feed stopped working, resulting in overlapping letters or lack of spaces. Disappointed and will have to return. I found a used Rotex on eBay per some of the other reviews, and hope I am more satisfied!
