Really fun all-mountain ski. Light, easy to use but with that higher end of performance too.

Really heavy. The bindings and boots you picked are par for the course looking at double-duty gear, but those skis are heavy even for dedicated alpine use. Would recommend something more like a Head Kore or Elan Ripstick if you really want one setup for everything. Also, I'd go down a width or even two.

The length of those skis are going to make learning to ski bumps a slow process. You want to be looking at skis a little shorter than that with a limited amount of metal. Something like a Salomon qst 92 in a 161cm or a Elan ripstick in a 164cm is going to be a much better fit for your ability. I would stay away from your Blizzard Bonafides and enforcers for the time, they will just be too unforgiving.

Those skis are best for someone who has skied their whole life and likes speed and spend 50 percent of their time off piste. For your size and preference for slower speeds you should find something more forgiving and probably a little narrower. The starting point I’d recommend is the Elan Ripstick 88. Forgiving and good at carving but capable of going off piste.
