 They just sort of keep everything neat and tidy. Brilliant invention there. So what I normally do. Again, this is not a video for showing you how to put it up, but if we're going to talk about it, I'll show you how I do it

 Okay, so we'll stick it up okay with the Eno straps. Just quickly point out that these are 11 ounces in weight and they're approximately nine, nine foot each. and they do vary in thicknesses. It starts at one inch and it goes up quite thicker to go around the tree, which I'll show you these are well handy and having their own little stuff sacks

ENO Double Nest HammocK "If You Only Ever Buy One Hammock"

 240$ worth of hammocks and straps later and I’m absolutely pissed how cramped these new hammocks feel. I mean they’re not even usable at this point. If you lay in the new eno doublenest, they’re so small I feel it would damage my back to sleep in. Not only are they shorter, but they’re not as wide anymore either

 Today was our first hanging as our summer starts today and we have discovered the worn areas. We do not wear shoes in the hammocks we use and are disappointed by this discovery.

 just the pocket pocket to put you know things in your putter keys, headlamp, you know, some snacks. You're not going to spend all night, any on the road and trying to throw it on your line at the hammock. anyways. it's just a pocket

 There's a class that comes over. This is a stuff sack. It's all self-contained and when you pull this out of the stuff sack, it stretches out to nine feet or nine feet. So just something to keep in mind when you're picking two trees

 start the strap first. I Get the hammock set up. This is just some nylon webbing I Bought at an outdoor store cheaper than the Eno of slap straps which is a pretty cool design just for price. just I'm just you know trying to get this hammock set up the cheapest I Can you know it's still functional and this just pure online webbing? You know by any outdoor store, it was pretty cheaper

 All self-contained it's not a separate bag, it's attached to the hammock. A really nice feature. I Opted for this green and tan combo I Really like it really blends into these Eastern Woodlands or most of these videos I've been shot are all the videos I've been shot. Get this other tree ready for the hammock

ENO Doublenest Hammock • Field Review & Setup

Hey y’all, I’ve been taking hanging a lot more seriously lately, and I’m looking to upgrade my Eno Doublenest to something more comfortable to sleep in. I’m a taller guy, and I’ve found the Eno puts a lot of pressure on my feet and heels. This sub has opened me up to a wide world of hammock options, but what are folks currently recommending for premium camping hammocks these days?

the hammocks are a great purchase and are really fun/easy to use

 Now I'm considering cutting up the popped mattress to a more manageable size to act as an underquilt for the ENO doublenest that I use myself.

 I know the rubber/plastic material is probably much heavier than most would use, but I most often find myself camping out of a car or canoe, where weight isnt as much of an issue. Other than weight and the "non-compact nature" I cant see any downsides, as it is basically pure insulation. I figured I'd seek some input from y'all about it, since I'm rather new to actually sleeping in hammocks. All feedback/input appreciated!

I purchased the DoubleNest for myself after seeing a video review of a guy comparing the Double and Single for one person. The DoubleNest seemed to be more comfortable with all the extra room, however in retrospect the man reviewing was a fairly large guy. He said he was 6'3 and 220 pounds, so if you are around this same size I imagine the DoubleNest would be more of a suitable fit. However, I am 5'11 and 165 pounds and personally I found the DoubleNest a little less comfortable than a SingleNest was

Great for couples and larger men

I try for a 30degree hang, but I am not too picky about it since the hammock has a ridgeline

Ripped straight in half after 4 uses.
