 This is the Eureka Copper Canyon LX 6-person tent. I spent the last 24 days testing this tent, both in rainy days, sunny days, and even high 15-25 mph winds. And as I was testing the tent, I rated it on 10 different quality categories that you can see here in order to give the tent an overall score out of 100 points. And in this video, I'm going to walk you through each of these different quality categories so you can see exactly how this tent performed and so that I can give you my overall recommendation about who should buy this tent

 If you look at the floor area, it has 1,200 square feet of floor area which is very large for a six-person tent and the stand height, if you're one that likes to go inside of the tent and be able to walk around a little bit, is really good. It's seven feet tall and I'm five foot ten so you can see that I have quite a bit of headroom left if I'm inside the tent kind of walking around. And also because of the design of this tent, this is a cabin style tent which is different than what a lot of tents are which is a dome style design and that means that this tent has more vertical walls than a lot of other tents do and that means that you have just more space on the inside to be able to move around if that's appealing to you. And so overall, the spaciousness of this tent on the inside and the internal layout is great and I give it an 8 out of 10

 Now, in summary, I would give this tent a score of seven out of 10 for packing because that whole experience, I think, was pretty good and well above average in my opinion. In summary, I gave this tent an overall score of 45 out of 100 points, which does put it very close to that middle of the road, 50 point mark, which designates an average quality tent. And so if you wanted to see an example of an average quality tent, here you go. But who should actually buy this tent? In my opinion, there are two groups of people that I think would find this tent particularly appealing

 And it fits really nicely if you do it that way. And the other thing I like about this storage bag is that it has a double zipper on the side and a Velcro on the end, which means you can peel the whole top of the bag back and just slide the tent inside rather than having to try to stuff it into a big stuff bag or maybe even worse, a small stuff bag. And then once you've done that, you can Velcro the end, which is almost like you have a third hand helping you move the zipper. So I think this is a really well-designed storage bag

 Hey everybody Brian here with Eureka and today I'm going to show you the brand new Copper Canyon LX 6 tent. This thing is awesome. It is a super livable family car camping tent that's really easy to set up. It's got some great features

 So once you get all of these clipped, you can stake out all four corners of the tent using the webbing loops. So now it's time for the fun part. We're going to put the fly on the tent. The main thing here is you want to match the webbing on the corners of the fly to the webbing in the corners of the tent body and their color match

 So first thing you're going to want to do is unpack the carry bag here and lay out all the components of the tent. If you forget what you're doing, there are some handy instructions sewn into the bag itself. But inside, you're going to find the tent body, you have the fly, you've got the roof and the leg poles in a separate bag, and you've got the stakes and you've got the gear loft. So now I've got the tent body here, I'm going to roll this thing out, and once you get it all laid out, you want to locate the four eave hubs, which you can see right here

 Don't skip this step. It's going to make sure the tent stays in place if it gets super windy and you're going to get better ventilation and more space on the inside. Now for the last step, we're going to throw this gear loft inside. All right

 Once you have that done, go ahead and grab that fly brim pole that we set aside earlier and then slide it through the pole sleeve that's up here above the door on the inside of the fly. Then there are little grommets on the upper webbing strap here. You just pop the pole right in there and you're good to go. It's time to guy out the tent
