I would not recommend you to buy from exway if you are from Europe I bought an exway x1 pro 26-02-2021 but the board was broken out of the box I wouldn't charge at all when I tried to contact support I got no response until I postet here on reddit they dig say that I could send it back to the czech republic but it has to be shipped with dpd and their website sucks I can't but in the address that exway gave so I contacted exway again and now they are not responding again its now 16-03-2021 I still have to board and haven't even tried it yet couse like I said it is broken thanks exway.

It's a horrible experience but I need to get this Out. Honestly, the Exway X1 was one of the first electric Skateboards I wanted to own. It took me 3 years to finally buy one and I've gotta say I'm thouroughly disapointment. People Always Said how it has so much Torque and acceleration but I can say without a shred of doubt that my Meepo v3 has much Higher acceleration with 100mm wheels than the x1 pro has with 83mm wheels.

Firstly, I think the Exway X1 Pro was actually capable of [literally working but I still think they're never officially waterproof for the following reason. \- Massive spray up means even if they are, your jeans get completely ruined without full fenders on all wheels, which doesnt exist on street and is a point of liability anyway. \- Flexible decks mean creating a seal is way harder than against a hard aluminum frame like a scooter. \- Enclosures never 100% fit wooden decks, both because of tolerances in deck manufacture and enclosures being manufactured as universal and not specifically by deck.
