 The only thing personal preference here that I would like is a heavier clutch pedal, even if they still leave it linear. Because at the moment, one of the big upsells to the V3s aside from the fact that their overall fit and finish looks much nicer than this is that it has, you know, like a two-stage clutch pedal where you can feel those pressure plate Springs um, sort of disengage and engage as you go through that part of the travel. But if they did that on here, they've really been no point by the V3s because in some ways, this um, low cell base brake pedal on here has quite a few advantages over the V3 brake pedal. You know, the the sort of customizable nature of it with the V3 you can you can wind it in and out um, but this is much more adjustable than what there is on the V3s and and should we see a revision of the V3s I'm assuming they're probably going to include you know this, this type of sap could be sit on a lot of pedals these days, but who knows what's coming in the future

 As far as pedal position, angle and adjustment goes in, you have to pay more money. You know it's as simple as that. But yes, as always, thank you very much much for watching and take it easy.

 and again as I say the V3s um at 400 Euros are still only mid-range pedals, they're still not high-end pedals. But anyway, that's enough of my Waffle Edge I Have no real negatives about these. I Think the price point is where it should be slap bang in between the very entry level and the mid-range V3s and the functionality, the fit, the finish, the form, the adjustment you get again is appropriate for the price point. if you want higher quality pedals that are smoother with a nicer finish with a better clutch with more customization

 But yeah, I do like the way it feels I like the way it drives, the way they look is going to be entirely down to your own personal preference. Obviously we have a pony linear clutch and you know, an unremarkable accelerator pedal. but then all accelerator pedals are unremarkable, so nothing to gripe about. There fit finish quality for the price point for just above entry level is perfectly fine as I say it's cast aluminum that's been powder coated

Fanatec CSL Elite V2 Pedals Review!

Hi it is only my experience but I own csl elite lc pedals, shifter, Handbrake and dd1 before the Elite wheelbase and had so far absolutely no problems at all in two years or so.

Fanatec products are positioned as premium gear. They sit at the higher end of the consumer offerings. High tech features, materials, construction. Yet owners complain of build quality. RMA's. Products lasting only a couple of years. Is Fanatec well built or isn't it?

Maybe the abuse that we subject our gear to means that no sim racing product is "buy it for life" (I see similarities to real world racing: high tech, expensive, built for the race and replace the part when it fails)

But at the price point I expect more from Fanatec? My Logitech G27 is still going strong since 2013. Surely Fanatec is a higher quality product?

Don't know what to make of Fanatec

 And it might look cheap on some videos and pictures, but I can guarantee you when you touch them, this feels anything other than cheap. So now let's mount them back to my rig. I had no problems mounting these pedals on my rig and if you take a look at the Fnatic website, you can see that they use the exact same mounting dimensions as with their other pedals as well. So you should not run into any trouble there, even if you have a different cockpit

 If you go up, you need to apply more pressure and if you go lower, less pressure. I also want to say that I think if you get a load cell pedal, you should really try to use a higher braking force, because maybe at first it will feel too heavy for you and not good, but once you get used to it, you just have so much more fidelity in your braking. And I also want to give you a very easy example. Just imagine you need to apply 5 kg of pressure onto your brake to reach 100%

 I also want to add that I'm not getting paid or anything else for this video. I have bought them myself and just want to share my thoughts about them. Alright, let's get started. When you buy these pedals, they don't come assembled as you see them now, you have to mount all the pedals individually to the heel rest right here

You should upgrade pedals before wheel, but if you really want to upgrade your wheel, do it. I would recommend Fanatec CSL elite pedals or Thrustmaster T-LCM Pro Pedals. There both about $250 new. But search the used market

 So I Just think quite a bit of the design behind this brake pedal. and again, in comparison to the CSW VIII's this comes in at two-thirds the price of a V3. And that's if you're not including the damper kit they can get on the V3, which we did suggest getting that on the brake pedal. So you're getting a lot of performance and in my opinion because for me it comes down to brake pedal only in the grand scheme of things

Fanatec CSL Elite Pedals LC Review

Just out of curiosity, what’s the next step up from the clunky boi without having to spend $1000+ on fanatec setups? I want more FFB feel but I can’t afford to buy top tier.

 So my bottom line for these pedals is I am giving them an 8.5 out of 10. These are great bang for the buck. You will get a huge step above the thrust master or logitech pedals and this is a great addition to any Sim research collection

 So I have put roughly 10 to 15 hours on these pedals and I am remarkably impressed. They have a very solid weight to them, they have a good feel, but I will say the Fan Tech tradition of having a to light gas pedal still is here now. Normally with my Club Sport pedals I would be able to go to my local hardware store, get a spring and replace the existing one on my fan tech. However, the spring inside the CSL pedals for the gas and clutch aren't really meant to be replaced or strengthened, so you're largely stuck with what you have for the gas and clutch

 but with this you can make adjustments without removing the petal set from your cockpit so that just gives you an added bonus of being able to hot swap parts. Another pro is that this is modular as in you can remove each petal and individually mount them or you can even invert them so you can have them upside down with the mounts on a piece of wood or something of the sort and this supports that. And now on to the cons. and while this is a great pedal set, there are a couple nitpicks

 The Club Sports allows you to move the pedal faces in or out, up and down. You have this because each pedal is a single piece construction. you're not really able to move the pedals to the left or right unless you're really wined to do that. and I would say if you're wanting to do that, just individually mount these and you would be far better off

Fanatec CSL Elite LC Pedals Review

I have the CSL Elite LC pedals, had them about 8-9 months, but I can’t get trail braking right. I tend to either stab on and quickly release, or build pressure too gradually and then trail brake - even then the profile is kinda jumpy. I’ve watched a ton of videos, Driver61, VRS telemetry etc. I keep trying to practice the correct profile, but I can’t seem to get it right at race pace

I have a tx, decent wheel bit I would suggest forking out a little more if you're upgrading from g920 so you notice bigger difference on performance. Maybe ts-pc racer, or ts-xw, or Fanatec CSL Elite?

As title suggests Im looking into upgrading to the Thrustmaster TX Leather Edition from the G920

Will be used on my windows PC and rarely on my XB1/XBSX but if a better version works on ps4/pc only Im open to that as well!

Anyone who owns the above wheel able to provide any thoughts and wether its worth it or not?

Or is anyone able to provide a better recommendation for the same price (Im in the UK btw)

Thrustmaster TX Leather Edition Opinions and Recommendations!

T-LCM pedals are the best OEM Thrustmaster pedals. Up from that are the CSL Elite LC kit, and then v3s, then HE Sprints.
