Regardless of the why, bibs have gained popularity in recent years both at the resort and in the backcountry, and the Flylow Foxy is a runaway favorite among female shredders. Flylow nailed the design, which is remarkably sleek and clean yet fully featured with four thigh vents, a number of well-placed pockets, and a long, barn-door zipper for easy entry and when nature calls. And like the Skyward II above, the Foxy uses a stretchy hardshell fabric (3L Tactic) that lends added comfort and mobility alongside winter-ready protection.

Fit can be an issue with bibs, but most women will find a Foxy that works for them, with five sizes from XS to XL and options for tall, regular, and short lengths. Keep in mind that Flylow pants do run a little tight—our tester found that a size small Foxy fit perfectly while the same size in the Sentinel above was on the baggy side. But the stretchy shell fabric helps accommodate various body shapes, and you even get an elastic panel at the lower back to keep things snug and flattering while doubling as extra ventilation.  Overal, I felt like many people that S is a little too small, but not much. If it was possible to adjust the top somehow, I'd consider it. One thing that I really disliked about it - price.

Best Ski Pants for Women of 2022 - GearLab

I bought these bibs last season. I had to size up a bit, as I'm pair shaped and wanted a little more room around my hips, especially for touring. I think the size guide recommended a large and I ended up going for the XL. I'm 5'5, 160 lbs with some strong thighs, and this size seems to work for me

 Mine are just tight enough that I am choosing to see it as a little extra support rather than uncomfortable haha. I am a ski patroller so I was looking for something that was durable and versatile for all conditions. So far, I believe these are great for that. I run extremely cold, but last week I was working in temperatures below zero and with proper layering I was comfortable! I will say that my butt has felt a bit damp at times, so I am not sure if I feel that these are 100% waterproof but I haven't gotten to truly test that yet

Between really liking these and loving them

 I'm used to more room in a typical medium. (So, if you're in between sizes, I would definitely pick the larger size). 

- Also, I ordered my usual medium (I'm 5'6, 150 lbs, measurements 36,28,39) and they were definitely hugging my hips. The fabric is easy to move in, and I'm happy with the fit, but I wouldn't be able to fit more than a warm base layer underneath. I'm used to more room in a typical medium. (So, if you're in between sizes, I would definitely pick the larger size)

 Because of this I got an XL. It fits well, but I am pretty annoyed that I have to get an extra large. I am 5' 4" and wear a pant size 8-10. Apparently if I want snow pants I can actually bend over in and wear layers underneath, I am classified as an extra large

 I love how Flylow tries to be inclusive with their heights, but they are severely lacking in any kind of inclusive sizing for plus size ladies. I am writing this review for all the women out there crushing winter sports, but unable to find gear in their size such as snow pants that keep them safe and warm. I haven't been able to try these out in the snow yet since I got them in summer, but they're comfortable and made well. I like the side zip, full bib, and little to no insulation. My biggest complaint is the sizing. As some women have noted here, they run small

 They are super warm and comfortable and I love the dual thigh vents. The drop seat works as intended and makes bathroom stops easy. My complaints are that the fabric is soft, thin, not very durable and the women's pants do not come with reinforced knees like the men's pants.
