The inside of the fly has a panel of cotton-poly blend to wick moisture away, keeping things cooler and drier than your average cotton undies. We did notice that these were a little cooler than the all-cotton pairs we tried out, and the inside of the waistband is also pleasantly soft against the skin. These briefs are usually sold in a multi-pack at a very reasonable price, and they perform better than the products we tested in the same price range.
We must say that for a pair of underwear that seems to be designed for activity, we weren't impressed by how the legs tended to ride up. Also, while the CoolZone fly kept things drier in front, the seat felt swampier than some of the other pairs we tried, especially in the heat. They're really inexpensive and perform pretty well for a pair of mostly cotton underwear. If you are tight on cash and need some drawers, we think they're worth your purchase.

 The COOLZONE I haven't really notice anything to comment on yet. Maybe after the weather warms up, I can give some more feedback. The feel of the material was nothing special to me.

Covered Waistband not that impressive

 Had to exchange at store, since sizing had changed since last purchase of this type. Thinner fabric that last Fruit of the Loom purchase, but 5 pair for the price was good.

Good value for price.

F.O.T.L. Cool Zone Fly

 Just a suggestion but all we want is underwear, socks, etc. There really is no need to give them fancy marketing names. Coolzone, ultra-soft, etc. Put your effort into providing tangible info about your goods

 They body of the trunk in terms of the distance from the crotch to the top of the band was way too high. The top of the band would have reached my belly button. Marketing names and branding names on the product may do you good but all they do is raise the cost of the simple basic goods we all buy. Have always bought Fruit of the Loom because of the quality, but was frustrated this time around

 I bought Coolzone long leg and could not find any dimensions for them. The significance of this seemingly trivial complaint is that when they arrived, I didn't even have try to them on to know they weren't as expected. They body of the trunk in terms of the distance from the crotch to the top of the band was way too high. The top of the band would have reached my belly button

These were as expected, but...

I'm not a fruit of the loom fan because I hated the old style ones because of the big fly that took up the whole front on the boxer and also the fact that they ran way big in size. So when I saw the advertisement while at Walmart i ran straight to the men's dept and got a pack of the new ones. First thing I noticed was they were$4.00 more then what they use to be, but they had new colors brought bold blue florescent yellow and green orange ones and they also had cool new patterns so I got a pack out of the shower the next day I took a pair out loved the new look right away put them on AMD was in heaven New skinny fly the seams were finished and covered with fabric now instead of having the stitching exposed and they were softer put them on and they fit perfect not baggy lie they use to be

I've tried about half a dozen different brands and styles of 100% cotton boxer-briefs. So far, these are the best fitting (unlike the "old fit" Fruit of the Loom, which fit as poorly as other cheap brands).

 With these, as with other 100% cotton brands I've tried, the waistband is fairly "high")

- very good fit (I've found excellent fit...but only in man-made materials, not in cotton, and also only in *briefer* models

- the PRICE is excellent compared to several other brands that fit less well and that offer less crotch support

"New Improved Fit" isn't just a marketing gimmick

I opted to try fotl after the abysmal quality of the Hanes purchase from Amazon. The most notable difference is that the material seems to be a bit more substantial; whereas the Hanes were very flimsy. These feel like a thicker, but light, material with quite a bit of stretch. The stitching on the leg cuffs are about a half inch wide and well stitched while remaining loose to my thighs even when seated

 The waistband is about an inch wide, holds well to my waist without being restrictive although the waistband does roll when seated ( that's my fault, I traded my six pack in for a keg.) I purchased the big man's 4xl and find them to be slightly larger than I expected but I imagine after the first wash they might shrink a little. My initial impressions are that these briefs feel like a much higher quality product compared to the Hanes brand which completely fell apart after a couple of months. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I want to see how well they hold up in the long term

.they shortened that section out.Fruit of the Loom has also lowered the standard on feel as well.
