 My first scooter had an issue with randomly turning off when going to brake, which resulted in an accident. They were quick to send me a complete replacement, and didn't even wait to get the original back first. I was only expecting a repair and was fully prepared to be scooterless for awhile, so this blew me away. If you have any problems, you can count on them to take care of it for you

A few minor annoyances, but still the best choice given the competition

  - Comfort is good much better compared to the scooters you rent on the street.  - Controls: ***ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE DESIGN*** but completely doable and usable. In my mind the optimum controls for a scooter are as follows: rotating throttle like a motor cycle BUT with a thumb paddle so you only need to move your thumb to accelerate it. This does not have a thumb paddle like every other scooter

 it also gives me peace of mind to know that if i ever forgot to charge it and it died, i wouldn't have to lug it home, i'd just have to fold it and take it along like a suitcase.  all in all, for what i use it for, which is comuting between school, work, and home (all less than a mile away from each other), this is very reliable and i think it's something that'll last me a good while if i make sure to take care of it. it's worth the money for sure if you're looking for portability.

 The wheels are nice and sturdy, and the battery lasted all week ( I only used a few miles a day).

  I’ve had my scooter for about a week, and I love it! Not only is it super comfortable to ride because the scooter is nice and sturdy but the customer service is excellent. The pull handle on my scooter got bent so that I couldn’t pull it up but I emailed Glion and they responded quickly. They sent me a new handle (which was very easy to install) and a courtesy gift (scooter bag). I’m so happy with it and would 100% recommend this scooter over others
