I was using a Bushnell for years but it slowly stopped working with accuracy so I was forced to buy a new one. For the price, this is a GREAT product. The vibration feedback on the trigger is great, and the yardage accuracy + slope adjustment is SPOT ON.

I will say, the slope adjustment is very very accurate. It's my favorite feature, especially coming from a Bushnell without the feature. Overall, this is a great mid-tier range finder, especially given that I bought it for $79 on sale (regularly $99).

Easy to use... hard to lock on

 There we go, folks. Alright, so there we are. We're nice close to 30 yards. Let's hit this paper and see what it does

 We're going to measure out to 30 yards, 60 yards, and 100 yards. We'll see how it picks it up each time. Then we'll move out further and try against some different obstacles. Alright, let's go ahead and start measuring

 Now that we know what we're working with I took this Sport V Pro out for a field test and I took this out to my local course and shot the pin 10 times from 125 yards out. I did this because the number one complaint on Amazon reviews was that this wasn't an accurate rangefinder as the others on the market. The results were definitely better than I expected. I did get 10 different numbers however they were all within one or two yards of each other so most golfers shouldn't worry if the number is 125 or 126 yards

 It offers slope, great optics, and is very easy to use. The only cons I saw was that the AAA batteries weren't included and like the review said my numbers were off a yard or two consistently. However this is a perfect rangefinder for someone who doesn't own one yet or wants to try out a new rangefinder and is new to golf. What is your favorite rangefinder and why? Seven Things to Love

 Other much more expensive options have bells & whistles that I just don't need - this one is great. Played with some fog the other day, and it did fail to pick up the flag stick - however, everyone else with fancier ones did too. It takes 2 AAA batteries and they only last about a month or so, but I play 4-5 rounds per week and shoot the flag on every approach as my courses have some very large greens. Can't go wrong with this rangefinder, highly recommend

For the money this is the best one you can buy locks onto the target gives you accurate readings including if the pin is either uphill or downhill it takes that into consideration.
