 That’s a couple flax seeds than need to be gotten out of there somehow! The lids need to be designed better. It would also be nice if they included one for the skillet, they make one and it sells separately for $25 (eye roll). I contacted Greenspan’s customer service and they just said to return them to Amazon. I hope someone at GP cares that these aren’t as good as they could be

Not non-stick after a month, lids catch food

although I have not cooked in them yet and I hope they are as great as the one pan that I but from HomeGoods, but this set is WAY lighter in weight. So I am not sure how the set would compare just to any nonstick set. Overall I got very disappointed by the lightweight feeling; it seems to be very very thin. So I guess for the price of it, i just bought a set of lightweight nonstick pots

I am not toooo happy

I really wanted to love this set and leave a five star review because of the reviews I read from others. However I am disappointed in the heat transfer to the handles. I was caught off guard the first couple of times using them and almost burnt my hand. Thought I would share so others are aware

The pans worked great for about 6 months and then the nonstick property started to fade. I made sure to hand wash these gently as to prolong the nonstick effect. Kind of disappointed that they didn’t last for at least a year :(

 Nice thick handle and heavy gauge pan. The set however is made of noticeably lighter weight material. Handles on the lids are especially skinny. The important part however, the cooking surface, is great

Very Nice! (but slightly light weight)

  The food slid right off of them like butter and I was so happy with my purchase. Nothing stuck to them. I expected that over time, this would probably change a bit, but I figured they would still be really great and I wouldn't have to worry about buying another set for a few years. (For reference: I had the Calphalon set for five years, and the non-stick never wore; we only replaced them because of the scratches

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to really give these pans a chance before deciding how I felt about them. I've had them for just over a year, and I deeply regret buying this set.  I got these to replace my Calphalon set, which were really good and durable but had started to get some scratching on the enamel. I picked the GreenPan brand because from what I could tell in my research, they didn't use PFAs and people raved about them

 No amount of oil or butter can keep it from happening. I'm now left with figuring out if I can afford a brand new set from another brand, or if I should just begin slowly replacing the pans that no longer serve the function that I bought them for.  At this point, I'm considering stainless steel, if only because I know they'll last a lot longer.  I'm extremely disappointed

Other than those few new precautions, I haven’t felt I’ve needed to put too much extra care toward these pans. If I can remember I’ll update after a longer while because in my research it was harder to find longterm reviews

 Well, he told me I could pick a set I wanted and I immediately dove into researching. We are younger, unmarried, renters, I didn’t feel it was the or place for us to invest in some “lifetime” pots and pans that were in the $400-$600 dollar range, so I gave myself a budget of $300 maintaining that I wanted to stick as close to $200 as possible. I did loads of research. LOADS

 I did loads of research. LOADS. I knew I wanted nonstick pans and eventually dwindled down to either Ceramic nonstick or traditional anodized. There were pros and cons to both in general, but I kept getting drawn back to these for the aesthetic and price
