I wish I had purchased this sooner. We hike and camp in the Oregon Dunes quite a bit, and I hate getting sand all over my bite valve every time I set down my pack. This cover solves the problem!

This cover is a must have addition to your hydration pack. Fits snugly on and doesn't fall off easily, keeps the bite valve free of dirt and debris. It should probably come with the rest of the system, but, well, it doesn't.

A shame this doesn't come with the hydration pack itself. It's such a small piece of plastic. But the ability to drop your backpack on the ground without getting dirt on the bite valve is really valuable. I'm glad I have it.

I often have to set my pack in dirt when taking it out of the car or when layering down along the trail and the bite valve can drop to the ground. This nifty cover keeps it clean.
