 To update 4 years later, the pump lasted 2 years before giving up and the unit lasted 3 before dying, meanwhile another older unit I've had for 14 years still keeps ticking.

I waited to review this product, after one year of fairly heavy use it worked great. The pump worked excellent, I had it draining into a basement shower drain so maybe uphill a foot or so and worked great. It is a little bit loud but all dehumidifiers are. Hopefully it holds out long term but so far so good

 The pump seems partially working too, but it does not keep the bucket from being filled up.

The dehumidifying function is good. Pull lots of water out of the air

UPDATE!  Pump quit working on this one and the other one within 6 weeksThe first one is fantastic.

This dehumidifier is not Energy Star rated. Many Hisense dehumidifiers are Energy Star rated but this particular model is not. Please correct the listing. This model is not listed on the energy star website
