IKEA Matchspel

I was thinking about ordering "foam armrest pads" from Amazon, but I think I will save my money since the experience with the Matchspel armrests is quite decent and better than I expected. They feel very solid to lean into and put your arm weight on there is a little "side wobble" if you force it with your hands, but during normal use their is barely any wobble noticeable.

Another problem was also the fact that I love to pull up my legs and sit crisscross, something I could easily do with my DxRacer but is basically impossible with the Matchspel. That's definitely the biggest downside to this chair. It's not really comfy to sit on either as after an hour or two my bottom really started hurting. **TL;DR:** It's a chair that's asking for a lot and only giving a little.

Well I had to pick the **Matchspel**. This really surprised my as it was the chair I was looking the least at online but after trying the chairs, I can conclude that this is amazing for tall people (if you forget the seat depth) and has a reasonable price. The Huvudspelare and Utespelare can be taken out of the picture because of how uncomfortable it is for the head/neck and The Gruppspel in my opinion is quite out of the budget for most people. I would consider between the Jarvfjallet, Matchspel, Styrspel and Markus when buying a new IKEA chairs as in my opinion these all have reasonable price points for the features they contain.

On my quest for a good chair, I tried the Ikea Matchspel for the last couple of days, and I would not recommend it. Despite being mesh, the back is quite hard, and the lumbar is very strong. After a full day sitting on it, my lower back was killing, and I think I've strained my back from it.

IKEA looks to be my best best in regards to budget chairs. There are no MARKUS chairs in stock at either of two IKEA locations near me but the MATCHSPEL is in stock in the black and red color for $190.

I just bought the Matchspel and also have the Markus and Jarvfallet. I agree with everything you said in your review.
