 But in between even if you have locked you can switch off the power, now it is locked but I can switch off the power, you can see that I have kept the water and it is getting boiled, I have kept in the lowest of power that is 60 watts, because I can't explain the control panel with nothing on the cooktop, after 1 minute the machine will switch off if there is no cookware on top. Once the timer ends the hob will beep 5 times and switch off automatically. So now the display has changed to H, H means there is still heat on the cooking zone, we can remove the cookware from the cooktop, after sometime the display will go, now the fan is running you can hear, the fan has stopped running, now it is safe to switch off. The cookware suitable for induction is always flat bottom, you cannot have curved base, you cannot have plastic or glass or aluminium, it has to be steel, it has to be ferrous bottom and it has to be flat and also the cookware if it is marked by the manufacturer as induction compatible or induction friendly then it is safe to be used

 So the display also toggles between the power and the time. Now I will show the other option, so I select once more, it has gone to the fry option and the fry option ranges from temperature 80 to 240, this also has got 8 levels of temperature, from 240 go down to 20, steps of 20, after 120 it is 80 and this is mainly for frying. Again I can come back to heat mode, since I changed mode there won't be any time selection now, if I want I have to choose it again, now this water is in the heat mode at 60 watts, I will set time for say 3 minutes and now I don't want this setting of power and time to be disturbed, I can do this by locking the setting, by pressing this lock button. Now you can see this lock blinking, so by accident also this setting won't get disturbed or even a child can't operate, nobody can operate, if I touch any of these buttons nothing will work

 You can see that here I have used a flat bottomed utensil for boiling water, the maximum diameter of cookware base for this induction is 18.5 cm, but there is a minimum requirement, size of utensil which you can keep is 12 cm base diameter. The specialty about induction is that the cooking zone adapts automatically to the size of the bottom of the cookware, that means only the diameter of the cookware which is in contact with the base gets heated, the other portion doesn't get heated, you can see I am touching here, it is very safe. That is how the induction helps in conserving energy, unlike in gas where the whole thing gets heated up and energy is wasted

 The specialty about induction is that the cooking zone adapts automatically to the size of the bottom of the cookware, that means only the diameter of the cookware which is in contact with the base gets heated, the other portion doesn't get heated, you can see I am touching here, it is very safe. Finally I would sum it up like this, in the last few days of my using I found the product very good and convenient and also in terms of performance and efficiency I don't find any change as compared to my earlier Prestige induction cooktop, but I would definitely like to add a few points here, the main advantages as compared to our other brands, the rounded finish and the colour black and white, it is quite appealing to the eye and the child lock facility plus even the program lock and the main beauty is the cord winder come handle, you can wind up the cord and use the handle to carry to any part of the household, they have given a 5A plug point connection though it consumes 8.5A current, to be on the safer side it is better to use this plug in the socket which has both 15 and 5A plug point

Special features about the hob :
1. Electronic display with child lock
2. Easy to stow as it can be hung on the wall using any of the 2 hook hangers (vertically or horizontally) or the handle.
3. Easy to carry and move the hob with the handle. 
4. Can set up the hob wherever you want by connecting and then start cooking.
5. Cord can be wrapped around the handle and fastened with clips when not in use. The length of the power cord is 1.40 metres.
6. This hob is perfect for the smaller kitchen or wherever an extra cooking zone is needed.
7.  Has smooth tempered glass surface with touch control panel, hence easy to clean.
 
Though it is similar to other induction hobs in working and priciple, the only difference i is that, it does not have pre set menu functions like steam, roti, cooker, boil milk, porridge, soup, etc. 
The cost is a bit on the higher side as compared to our Indian brands. I paid  ₹3690. 
But still the sleek finish, the white colour, the rounded edges, child and program lock, handle and cord winder are all excellent features and thus this hob stands out.
