Instant Pot Duo Crisp

This little cart was a cheap one from Walmart, but it's been \*amazing\*... Walmart even carries extra parts for it, so we added a shelf. We put a ceramic tile on top of it, and that's where my ice maker and instant pot live; and I don't have to move it to use it at all because of the tile. I have the Duo Crisp, so the crisper top lives on one of the shelves with my Dutch oven, and I moved our countertop grill next to my roaster on the bottom shelf. This thing holds a LOT of stuff; between it and the pegboard it sits under, I've effectively doubled my kitchen's storage.

It is also compatible with both the [Ceramic Coated Non-Stick Inner and the [Air Fryer accessory (if you get the 6-quart model). The Duo Crisp comes with its own Air Frying lid and is compatible with the [Ceramic Coated Non-Stick Inner

My 8 qt Duo Crisp on the other hand is not as consistent. There are a lot of complaints posted here that the Slow Cook feature is either too hot, too cold, or simply sucks for slow cooking. I think the generally, the slow cook feature on the Instant Pot just does not meet the expectations when compared against a dedicated slow cooker let alone a Crockpot Slow Cooker.

* Here's the weird part: If I cancel the cook and start it back up with exactly the same settings, it hits it darn near spot on. * I swear there is some hard-coded amount of time it will spend in the preheat cycle, because it *always* takes forever before starting the cycle -- even if the actual temperature is just a few degrees away from the target. I have the Duo Crisp model; maybe yours is less finnicky?. All that said, it does the trick.
