Intel Core i5-10600K Review
Intel has some work to do before it's back in this race at full tilt. While the Core i5-10600K's gaming numbers look fine in a vacuum, the added cost of the Core i5-10600K and a cooler over the Ryzen 5 3600 or 3600X could be spent on your GPU.

Intel core i5 10600K review
The Core I5 10600k keeps up with the 10900k, a processor that costs nearly twice as much. Intel Core I5 processors have always been an easy recommendation for users that want a great gaming experience but don't want to spend two thousand pounds on a gaming rig to get it. If you're going to get any Intel Comet Lake S processor, this is probably the one to get

Intel i5-10600K Review - 6-core Gaming Powerhouse
As some perspective, there's no reason why you couldn't pair a 10600k with a 2080 Super or 2080 Ti, but that's not something that I would recommend with a Ryzen 5 3600 unless you're gaming at really low frame rates and high resolutions, so that about wraps things up. If you are interested in picking up the 10600k or any of these other Cpus that I recommend, I will leave them linked down below in the description. As always guys, a huge thanks for watching and I'll see you all in the next one

The intel core i5 10600k , comes with an integrated gpu , the cpu is more than enough for your school work. It is the better chip for gaming , but it doesn't come with a stock cooler and it needs a decent motherboard with good VRMs , like the b460m mortar. As for the ryzen 5 3600 , it is a good all rounder , delievering better general workload performance (but I don't think it matters in your case) and worse gaming performance (Depends on the gpu you'll be getting) , and it doesnt come with integrated graphics , but it does have a cooler ( a noisy one) , and it doesn't need an expensive motherboard to drive it , that is if you don't consider upgrading. For the intel chip , if you want to overclock it , you may need yo snatch up a B560 motherboard( Ram overclocking only) or z490/z590.

Intel Core i5-10600K CPU Review & Benchmarks: Gaming, Overclocking vs. 3700X, 3600, More
The 3700x makes more sense for production at a similar price. The 3600 is extremely competitive everywhere, including gaming, even though it's not quite on the top in gaming. The 10600k, however, is not something that we would call objectively bad, and we'd certainly say that it's actually worthy of consideration from a value perspective, but the 3600 wins the outright best value award still, so that's what you have to consider for this one, and the 10900k would be the next one for you to look at if you want to check out more reviews

If you're building for the sole purpose in gaming, I recommend I7 10700k if you can find one, it's borderline on par with the i9 9900k at $100 cheaper. Ryzen is a great CPU (I used a Ryzen 5 2600 for 2ish years) but when compared to Intel, the frame rate difference is worth the price of admission for Intel imo. Intel i5 10600k is also a great choice, but I personally went with the I7 10700k paired with my pos 1060 6gb (waiting on new line of cards).

From my adventures developing websites on my MacBook I can tell you that 8GB of memory and an i5 processor are more than enough for you. But to future-proof your device, I recommend an i7. Examples of work I run on my laptop simultaneously while web developing without a problem: Spotify (gotta have music), Terminal, Safari, Chrome, Node App (web dev stuff), code editor (Atom), Postman (more web dev stuff), MongoDB Compass (web dev stuff again), and a process for a local data base. Sometimes Chrome uses a lot of CPU so I have to close some tabs, but that’s only because I’m already running lots of programs and my processor is probably struggling with scheduling all of them.

* Intel Core i5-10600(KF) - 4.1 GHz, 4.8 GHz turbo. * Intel Core i5-12600(KF) - 3.6 GHz, 4.9 GHz turbo. * Intel Core i7-12700(KF) - 2.1 GHz, 4.9 GHz turbo. If I'm reading cpubenchmark.net correctly, it seems weird that the 12th gen CPUs have lower clock speeds than 10th gen.
