JLab JBuddies Studio Bluetooth Review

 They do indeed have sound limiting, which is nice for protecting little ear drums, but they seem overly aggressive on this feature as with the volume cranked (both the device and the headphones) I can barely hear them. To be fair, I'm holding them up to my ear since they don't fit on my head, and my kids haven't complained about this while wearing them. The cups could be a little more comfortable, but I'm sure these weren't designed for wearing them all day long. Finally, because of the wire frames connecting the cups to the headband, longer hair gets caught in these headphones over the course of the day

We just started week 3 of the new school year, and the kids both seem fine to use them

 Their biggest complaints have been related to all-day comfort and the hair tangling. The older one (Chromebook) did say that classmates complained the mic quality was not so good, but the younger one (iPad) has had no such issue.

Expected more quality for $50, and they only charge with the included cable.

These headphones fit my nearly 9 year old son just fine, and are comfortable enough. They hook up just find to phones through bluetooth, and with the aux cord. However, the buttons aren't user friendly. You can't tell if it's on or off once you plug the cord into the headphones and Xbox controller

I bought these as a Christmas present for my 11 year old and the ear part is so small they were just to uncomfortable for him to use and we ended up buying a different pair.

We will NOT be purchasing from Jlabs again. Products appear to be unreliable and stop working after 2-4 months.

The headphones themselves were comfortable and the sound quality was decent. They also felt good to hold, not flimsy and had a good quality feel to them. However, they were very complicated to use. Connecting them to the computer through Bluetooth was never easy and there were always issues of the headphones disconnecting on their own

 We eventually gave up on the wireless Bluetooth function and tried them wired. That failed too. The cord quickly stopped working and by the end of February of 2021 these were no longer working at all.
