 I never had any issues with feeling like I was going to tip over in these shoes so I was always feeling secure and for me I thought the traction level matched that very well. I was always secure in my footwork and I was transitioning smoothly so I have really no complaints. Yeah as far as traction they were a little slicker than what I normally prefer. There were a couple times on the court where I felt like I was losing my footing just a little bit but I can say the durability was awesome

 Agreed I have no problems with the outsole durability and I also drag my toe quite a bit especially on my backhand side and those toes are holding up very nicely. Overall we found these to be a great update to the Elzer Shot 2 and these Ultra Shot 3's are going to be a nice stable, durable ride on the court.  These ones I felt so comfortable in as Tiffany said so low to the ground yet still cushioned and responsive and the upper material feels very supportive. I'm always relying on a little bit of extra support and stability. I found them to be super stable especially when I was on the run. Tiff how did you like the stability? Well you know these shoes did run very stable and I thought that the low to the ground feel especially in the forefit paired well with that feel

 We just wrapped up our review of the K-Swiss Ultra Shot 3 and I am always a big fan of K-Swiss shoes because I really like how they fit my wider feet. Now these Ultra Shot 3s to me feel a little bit narrower. I wouldn't say narrow that's probably not the word I want to use but I would say they're more true to a medium initially out of the box and some other K-Swiss shoes like the Hypercord Express 2 which fits nice and wide. But that said it opened up for me in the first couple hours and was plenty comfortable

What To Expect from the K-Swiss Ultrashot 3 Tennis Shoes

 It's what happens when you get old. Yeah, so I think the next most important thing is stability, and what was that for you? Yeah, stability, good. I kind of touched on that. Stability, felt like I knew what I was gonna get when I was going out wide

 Unfortunately, these fit a little bit shorter, so the nine-and-a-half wasn't quite right. They were too wide all throughout, so I really had to tighten them up. Probably an extra pair of socks would have been good for me, but I think that feels weird, so I didn't do it. So let's move on to cushioning now

 So not the most comfortable on the upper, but around the base of the foot, I thought it was pretty comfortable. Yeah, so for me, they're definitely too wide. I think I got the wrong size. I usually wear a nine-and-a-half in Nikes like Vapors and Zoom Turbo GP, and I've been wearing that size for ages

 I do love how it looks. All the white, the white shoe, paired up with some white socks, have to go high socks in these. If you wear these without high socks, you're just tripping. You shouldn't play tennis without high socks

Finally decided to wear my new tennis shoes, they instantly stretched out way too wide. Almost ran right out of them. They were fine when I first put them on, however after playing a few games they became way too large.

 Would you agree with that? I would agree 100%. No, torsion rigidity helps the stability of the shoe, but the comfort is another issue that we always pay attention to. Right. We have the ultra shot in the new colors coming out in July and August, 2021

 We use trade names like drag guard up on the toe for wear capability, and comfort is our name using moccasin or slip lasts, but we also give it a little torsion rigidity on the sole by putting in a stiff midsole piece to help with the torsion rigidity for function and durability. You know, that sole plate, look at that, I call it a sole plate, but look, it allows you to go, but not too much. So for those of you guys who slide and go sideways, you're not going to twist an ankle because it won't let you that easily. You would have to do something super reckless to basically jack up your knee or jack up your ankle with this shoe, because it's rigid yet soft

 The fit is going to be really similar to the Ultra Shot 2 and 1, but like Jay mentioned, it is a more well cushioned mid-foot sole underneath there. Overall, stability of the shoe, durability, I felt very confident like Sage mentioned as well in any kind of split-second decision or directional change on the court. I was the lucky one to get two pairs of these, so this is probably one of the longer play tests that I've had, and I've had at least 40 hours of hard court play on both of these shoes. I've still got some wear left in them
