So there's a reason why this ski keeps coming back, and we're psyched to have it.

Because of the symmetrical camber profile, while this could work fine but maybe it has some changes in riding that would make it less than ideal. I definitely think you should mount them -2 to -4 (maybe more but I'm not an expert). With that said, I would lean toward the Volkls for you which is a shame because as I said I really like the shape and camber of the Poachers. It is awesome I just wish it weren't true symmetrical and true center recommended mount.

If you want to stick with a twin tip because she’s getting into park, great! The K2 Poacher or the Line Blend would do very well for that — again, carbon-reinforced softer skis (with cap construction vs. the Bent’s sidewall construction. Better for park and only park lol).

The Poacher is a more traditional twin-tip park ski but reviews have attested its ability all over the mountain. The other option would be the Bent Chetler 100. While it is not a true twin with 20 tip rocker and 10 tail rocker, it has the option to mount the ski at almost center. and its is a pretty awesome ski.

On top of that, they don't carve very well either. I ended up getting the Deathwish (112 underfoot) and even it carves better than the Chet's did. Why go so light if you're just riding them at the resort? It sounds like you enjoy getting into the air - if you want soft and playful then go for something like the Line Tom Wallisch or K2 Poacher which have that more center mount and playfulness.
