 This really needs better packaging or to be delivered by an alternate service. Otherwise, I have been checking with a thermometer and the unit has been holding temperature consistently. At 68 pounds it is easy to unbox and move into place. This is a great freezer for the price

Good size, easily dented

The first freezer came in severely damaged. The oil had leaked out of the compressor all over the box and there were many dents all over the freezer. I contacted Amazon and they were very quick to send another freezer right out and had the other one picked up the next day. The 2nd freezer came in and was dented in the front, down towards the bottom but it worked fine and has been working good ever since

I have read other reviews about this same unit on other websites and the same thing, they all come in damaged/ dented up, so from the looks of the outside of the box it appears that they're being damaged at the factory and not in shipping

   Hopefully it works.  From previous reviews this is a common problem with this item.  I thought since the box was in good shape the freezer would be also.  I’m concerned this was a damaged and returned freezer just repackaged and resold
