 Not sure whether I want to deal with the pain of returning the entire set. It would be great if I could just return the one dented pan or get a replacement for that pan but that does not seem to be an option.

It is a very classy pan set. I was pretty disappointed that one of the pans was dented right out of the box even though the box showed no damage.  Great feel/touch and the lids are too cute! I find the knob style more ergonomic than the curved handle found on the lids of my old set. My food cooks faster, easier and I use less oil n butter now. Used small pan for an egg white omelette the other day. Also used larger pot for homemade chicken noodle soup and later fir gumbo

 Water for pasta comes to a boil faster. Heat is evenly distributed. Easy to clean. Not sure you’d want to put these in the dishwasher though

Great investment!

Nicely built but I’m concerned about long term durability. After just a few months, several pieces are showing disconcerting signs of wear (scratches, dented chips to the non-stick material).  Things cook evenly in them and they’re very easy to clean.

I must admit I really accidentally spoiled myself with this set. Briefly, when I moved out I was given a hand-me-down nonstick cooking set that was great, and it became my gold standard set to compare all sets against. When it wore out I replaced it with the same brand yet sadly it was junk compared to the set it replaced. I love to cook and now that the second set wore out I really didn't want to make the same mistake again

 They are solid, perhaps a bit heavier than your average non-stick cookware, and heat very evenly. They do heat up a bit slower than average due to their thickness, but what it does for your technical capability is well worth it; the temperature control is fantastic! Finally, the non-stick performance is great, much better than the very popular brand I owned before. Be sure to follow the recommended seasoning procedure as the results it produces are amazing, I feel like I can multitask so much better because things just do not stick!  You will not be disappointed with these!

 I felt so disappointed about the nonstick products of Le Creuset, high price, good quality at the first glance but will serve very short time no matter how carefully you use it! Don't believe the life-long warranty, they claimed all those damages as your faults of usage. So frustrated to contact with its customer service, slow response and no positive reply.

 The old one served two years and then the surface had many broken spots and worn with scratches. Actually we took very good care about it with all the Soft Kitchen tools. Then I saw the PRO which was stated as an advanced nonstick pan. However, it only served us four months this time and the broken spots appeared

Reconsider it!

These are the most expensive pans I've purchased but so far, 3 months later, I couldn't be more happy that I did. They cook very evenly, retain heat well, and are very non-stick. I've reseasoned one twice, as I use it 2-3 times a day (all it takes is rubbing the inside in oil and then running under hot water). If you put a little water in the pan after you're done cooking it practically cleans itself, loosening any stuck bits nearly instantly and then all it needs is a wipe out with a soapy soft cloth/sponge

If you forget the water, a brissel brush cleans it right up. One of the best purchases I've made for the home and I'll definitely be back for more in this line in other sizes

Bought this set for the wife to make her happy. She was having a great deal of frustration with constantly replacing the cheap stuff and hated the maintenance of cast iron. She likes these so much she won't even open the box. Seriously, they're still sitting in the box in the cupboard because she doesn't want to use them in our kitchen thinking they're too nice for our not so nice kitchen

 When attempting to have this item replaced, the "contact seller" link that Amazon offers, sends you to Le Creuset customer service webpage. When going back and forth with their customer service team, Le Creuset says, "Oh, this item was a recent purchase, and while we offer a lifetime warranty, you should have the seller replace the item." On amazon your options only point you back to Le Creuset.

Customer Service Train wreck

 No matter how much you turn things everything sticks. Use spray it sticks. Use no spray it sticks. Will never buy le creuset again

12/22 Followup-Sent a photo of these to Le Cresuset customer service to show that everything sticks no matter what I do. They told me the photos I sent were NOT of non stick pans from them. Amazon is processing a refund for me right now. Thankfully I was covered, wont buy a 900 dollar set of pans again
