I love the Lelo Loki. It's a prostate massager and does incredible things for me.

I sort of need to leave it in for a while before I really notice it, but I think my prostate is a bit further back because even then it's subtle. I recently got a Lelo Loki which is my current favorite, but it's a bit hard to get in, and twists around in my if I'm not holding it. That being said, it puts a LOT of pressure on me and feels amazing. The strong vibrator factor is super important to me now though.
