 Strobing always invokes some latency penalty. Input lag increased during 144. Hertz strobing - a not too bad four point, eight, nine milliseconds. The last topic to cover is a viewing angle comparison

 Weirdly, 120 Hertz shows them quite clearly, but at 119 Hertz they vanish. Alright, Now on to the actual measurements. Once calibrated, the LG maintains a fairly consistent contrast ratio of about 940 throughout all of its brightness settings that's in line with other TN panels out of the box. The brightness slider sits 70, which puts the display at about 270 deaths, which is very bright, but the algae has a good range of brightness that goes from slightly less than 100 nits to around 330 nits

 but if you have trouble maintaining a consistent hundred forty-four Hertz and Game's these lower refresh rates are totally usable. The strobe crosstalk slide gives an idea of both the pixel response times and the timing of the strobe. The ideal strobe should be time, so the center of the display is the cleanest. In looking here, LG did a pretty good job

 Oh, and it also overclocks to 170. Hertz This gives me the chance to run my full range of tests, so consider this more of a review template where I'll discuss how I measure what those measurements mean and since I'm a huge CRT guy, I'll give plenty of comparisons with a CRT that was manufactured in 2002. Starting with the physical design, the monitor looks quite understated and good. The image fits nicely inside the bezel without having pixels cut off front and center

Great Display, Cheap build

 I've measured the brightness peak on the standard settings for the maximum and minimum luminance.. These are the results. LG has the average contrast ratio of 1100:1 which is an excellent result

 The LG currently costs around 300€ or 270$ and it's a mid-priced range model. If You are interested in this Full HD 144hz Freesync tournament, make sure you subscribe to get notified when the next reviews will be uploaded. After Testing of all 1080p 144hz Freesync monitors, I will make a ranking which monitor is the best in which topic. If You're in the market for a high refresh rate Freesync Monitor, please check the links for the videos in the description

 Unfortunately, this is a TN panel with 6 bit + FCR. We Cannot avoid these issues. Alongside With the TN viewing angles, this is something which is limited within the technology.

 Although, in my opinion, not better than the Iiyama G-MASTER Red Eagle B3 Gaming monitor. The Bezels are 1.5 cm thick and the entire model uses a matte black plastic, just like the Iiyama. LG's monitor design is overall very clean
