And unsurprisingly, this monitor is excellent. You shouldn't experience any noticeable input lag at its max refresh rate or at lower frame rates.

There was a post comparing the 34GP83a-B and the AW3423DW monitors, and there is a clear difference in the darker color levels, and no back light bleed, glow, or such (from what I noticed). Now the price factor is up to you.. if you're able to afford it, go for it, but from what I see, there's a delay in orders, and you could expect yours around June if you order now iirc. here is the comment from the person who shared comparison shots NGL lurking on this sub has been wanting me to get this monitor but I think it's too late for me to get one since I bought the LG monitor a month ago.

I Just purchased the LG 34GP83A-B through amazon which is set to land on Sunday. Wondering if I should snag this instead as it was originally the monitor I was after. I all into the LG for $250 as I had gift cards available, with the Gigabyte I would essentially have no out of pocket cost.

I've tried both these monitors and ended up keeping the LG. I first bought the Dell S3422DWG as my first ultrawide but coming from a 170Hz IPS 27" monitor, ghosting/black smearing were a bit noticeable. Ended up returning it and getting the LG 34GP83A-B. The difference in performance is enough for me to justify the $350 price increase however like with all things diminishing returns are real.
