The Logitech Lift Vertical Ergonomic Mouse is the most comfortable vertical ergonomic mouse we tested and one of our overall favorite mice. Whether or not you're used to an upright mouse, this feels comfortable as soon as you put your hand on it. There is a textured rubber coating around the area where your thumb and palm rest, which makes it easy to grip the mouse. During testing, some vertical mice gave us the feeling that our hand was slipping downward. Well, this mouse's shape and grippy texture prevent that. It fits various hand sizes better than some ergonomic mice, too. The click action is great, it's not too easy to click while not requiring too much force, either. Also, the clicks on this mouse are some of the quietest of any of the mice we tested here. This mouse allows you to easily adjust the DPI with the button next to the scroll wheel, and the sensor is really great overall.  The scroll wheel isn't as fancy as the ones you'd find on their more expensive models, but it still allows you to scroll as slow or as fast as you want. There's also a button located right here that, by default, swaps between two DPI settings. The lift has a max DPI of 4000. Like most Logitech products these days, you can pair this up with up to three different devices and switch between them by pressing this button on the bottom

 The biggest improvement I personally noticed right away is that with a vertical mouse, it takes pressure off of the underside of my wrist here, which is normally jammed against the table. As someone who can spend hours editing videos, this is always an area that can get a little irritated or sensitive. The problem I have with the lift is that it's missing a feature I use all the time on the MX Master, and that's the side-to-side scroll wheel. I would totally use this full-time if it had one, but it doesn't

It seems to be oddly difficult to find a mouse that is near-silent, high quality and wireless. I use the Logitech Pro G which I really love, but I'm after something on the side for late night computer usage when my partner is trying to sleep. I don't need all the extra buttons and I really don't like typical 'gamer mouse' aesthetics. Just something minimalist like the Pro G. Anybody have recommendations? Thank you!

Recommendations for silent+wireless high quality mouse?

I wanted to like this mouse, but just couldn't. Ergonomic mouses are something Im very familiar with and use on a daily basis. My recent one broke and wanted to try out this Logitech one, but it wasn't to be.  CONS: I have longer fingers and the mouse was just too small

* How's the build quality? If you own the white one, does it easily get stained? If so, how do you clean it?
* I saw that the grey textured part is made of rubber, how does it look after a month or so of use?
* I read that we can set a custom shortcut key for each button in its proprietary software. For example, can I set the "F5" key on the round middle button?

Planning to get the Logitech Vertical Lift Mouse

 And I think I can get used to it.  However, the mouse is too heavy and doesn't have the grip to pick up easily to reposition. Instead, I need to either tilt it to reposition, or move my thumb lower, under the "lip", so that it can be picked up easily. Depending on how you use the mouse, this may irk you, or it may be a non-issue

I bought the MX keys and master 3 combo, but I'm not liking the shape of the mouse so I decided to try the MX Lift and Vertical. The lift was able to connect to the existing bolt receiver, but i'm having issues connecting the vertical to bolt. I want give away the master 3 mouse along with the bolt receiver. I was able to connect the vertical to bluetooth, but it won't connect to the bolt

  The problem comes when you want to use two such mice, a left- and right-side one. Their software changes the button order for both. I definitely do not want my right-side mouse to use the right button for left-click. What's wanted is a software option to swap the buttons just for one specific pointing device, and in a couple of interactions with Logitech customer support, my best guess is that this isn't available (the second go-round they had me doing things that IMO were just throwing crap against the wall to see if anything stuck, i
