 This is gonna be also first impression as well So without further ado, I want to go on to the L'Oreal's website to tell you guys what this mascara claims It says for lashes dramatic length twice the intensity The flexible precision brush instantly lengthens up to 60% while carbon black pigment dramatizes your look This mascara just claims to give you length not necessarily volume and that's something I've been looking for lately And this is like they're the mascara for them One thing they say that the flexible brush kind of makes me go a little bit concerned because because when usually there's a flexible brush I'm not really capable of working with them because the fact that they really move around But we're gonna try and see and without further ado I'm gonna pull you guys closer and we're gonna start doing my eyes together Then I'm gonna be moving on and try to do check ins with you guys throughout today I don't know how many I can do so don't call me out on that but I'm gonna be trying to do that Then I'm just gonna tell you what I think of it. That's it. That's literally the end of the video So with the right eye of my eye, I will be curling my lashes and the left eye will be kept non-curled to be completely honest when it comes to mascaras, I'm always a Sporter when it comes to curling your lashes I feel like it gives the benefit for the mascara and I feel like it makes your lashes look overall better There are days when I'm when I'm not doing makeup. I just curl my lashes and go out like that without a mascara So I'm just an advocate for curling your lashes, but I know some people don't like to do that for some Godly reason, I don't know So that's why this mascara is gonna be curled up with a lash curler and this one won't so let's do that right now Like I said even just with curling lashes you can see a drastic difference between them So like I said, I'm just a supporter of that kind of look at the wand before we start doing it because I've never opened this before Okay, this is a really flexible like it said wand so I don't know how I feel about that right now So we're just gonna wait for the application But it has a very thin wand it reminds me It reminds me a lot of the Maybelline push-up Well, technically I guess push-up looks like this because this one came out first

 I'm going to fix this part of my eye and come back There is a difference I see a difference between I see I definitely would choose this side because these are more lifted still because of the eyelash curler This is this side is still great for a mascara I'm completely down, but it hasn't still dried, so I'm kind of like not blinking my eyes Because when I whenever I blink I feel like I'm transferring color to my lower lashes, and I don't want to do that Okay, so so far what I think of the mascara. I think the mascara is so far a great mascara I don't know how it's going to hold up if I can't do check-ins I will hundred percent put like in the description what have mascara hold up. I always do that Definitely gives lengthening. I mean I never had this much lengthening in a mascara Well, I did with Maybelline push-up

 I will probably wear this side more Like I said, it's a very liquidy formula. That's why I have like a mess up right here You're not supposed to look down when you do this mascara. I'm kind of used to for mascaras drying out really quickly This is a really wet formula where you need to just wait for a few seconds To let it really dry out or else you're gonna get smudges like I did One issue with L'Oreal mascaras that I had with the you know The other two Lash Paradise and Lash Expire is that they dried out so quickly So that's I think that's a continuous problem with L'Oreal mascaras I'm gonna see if this one is gonna have the same problem Because I've read with other mascaras other people that use those mascaras saying that they their mascaras dried out really quickly Too colors really black hundred percent just gives out a whole new meaning I'm glad mostly that not only it's a good mascara, but it matched up to what it said on the website That's something I really look forward to in a product. For example with Lash Expire I didn't get that effect

I’m on the hunt for a good waterproof mascara. I was using the Loreal lash paradise waterproof for a while and it was perfect, but i think they changed the formula recently because it feels like water, will not stick to my lashes, and gets all over my face.

Waterproof mascara recommendations?

 The brush is flimsy and bends when I try to put it back in the tube which is annoying. The formula is also thicker and clumpier than usual. I especially like this mascara because the formula usually goes on dry and clump-free with the skinny brush. Not sure if the product has changed or I just got a bad tube

Not as good as usual

 Now, also, when I compare the colors from the regular black Telescopic and the Carbon Black Telescopic, not that much different, but I will tell you there is a difference in the formula. The regular Telescopic has a little bit more of a thin and sheer formula. It is not as heavy. It's more of like a natural lash look

 If you're trying to wash it off and you just kind of get them wet with warm water and kind of rinse, it comes off super easily. It isn't like some mascaras I've described before where they come off in like little chunks or tubes. It just kind of turns into like a re-liquified formula and you can like wipe it off easily. So that's another really good thing to me, is they're all very washable

Hi guys,
I’ve never found a mascara that has worked well for my lashes. I have super thin, weak lashes that don’t hold a curl for long and any mascara I put on them weighs them down so that there’s no point in even wearing the mascara. 

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good black mascara (drugstore or Sephora) that could work for my lashes. I’d rather it not be waterproof, but I’ll still take those recs since waterproof seems to be my only option in holding my lashes up.

Help with Mascara

 Don't forget to give this video a thumbs up, it took me a few days to film and edit, and subscribe if you guys like seeing mascara videos. And I'm going to jump into day one where I compare two of these on my eyes. and we're gonna zoom in and look at the mascaras okay so the original telescopic is on my left eye now it didn't smudge as much as normal but I have worn this mascara many times before and it does have a smudging problem you can kind of see up on my eyebrow like kind of in my eyebrow there where it's smudging and then also on the lower lash line right there you can tell it's smudged under my eyes there are a few flakes if you can see that I mean nothing it's not awful or anything and I definitely prefer the way the original looks compared to the waterproof side something about the waterproof side the formula was just a little bit different I feel like it didn't really achieve the same effect you kind of see how it looks different I expect a waterproof mascara to not flake or smudge or do anything and looking at it okay there's like okay yeah so there are some flakes they're really small right there they aren't bad though and there's less of them on this side than there is on the original there is I feel like some do you see that like transferring smudging right there too so I definitely say the original telescopic wins for today I just prefer especially the look of this side better now tomorrow on day two I'm gonna be comparing the normal original against the carbon black telescopic mascara to kind of see how they both wear if it's really black or things like that so stay tuned for day two and I'll be there just in a few moments hey guys welcome to day two so we're gonna be testing the original telescopic which we tested yesterday against the telescopic carbon black mascara so because I already did like the overview of the telescopic there's nothing much different about this one the only difference is that it's supposed to have two times the intensity so it's supposed to be like even blacker that's about all I see about it other than that it's supposed to perform the exact same way also I want to mention even though I did leave it in my description and the waterproof version oh my god it was so hard to get off I haven't had this much trouble getting off mascara in so long it was extremely difficult so I'm gonna zoom in and we're gonna apply both least my eyes and see how they last throughout the day okay so first of all the telescopic carbon black we're gonna apply to my left eye and it has the same one it's the same mascara it's just supposed to be blacker personally I feel like the telescopic is already really black so I'm curious to see how much blacker this is but it should apply you know the exact same way I'm not expecting it to be much different and I feel like I'm not really gonna be able to tell how much blacker it is until we apply the original on my right eye okay yeah also disclaimer here I use a retinol and it's been peeling making my eyes peel I use too strong of an amount so that is why my makeup looks awful so please just ignore that I know it looks so crusty like look around my eyes like look how bad that is but I use a retinol so that's why it looks awful I'm trying to get my skin back to normal but I had to put on makeup for this video honestly I feel like that looks pretty black I mean that it's definitely really black so we're gonna start on the upper lashes I still hate that my skin looks like this it's been like a week since I used retinol I only used the retinol once it seems like the exact same formula thank god because like I said yesterday the waterproof version had a little bit different of a formula we're gonna do like two coats of this I don't really know I definitely need to apply the original on my right eye I mean I'm going to do that but I had to see if it's really that much blacker okay so there's like I put on like two coats there but it just seems like it really separated my lashes and it made them like cling together so it looks like I don't have lashes kind of like the bite beauty one did I'm kind of confused though because this is literally like the same mascara that I used yesterday but it looks different on my eyes I added about three coats there are lots of layers but I like that a lot it looks like the original yesterday definitely and it does seem pretty dang black because I already showed you guys the original application yesterday I'm gonna go off camera apply the original to my right eye and I'll be back and we're gonna like see if there's like a difference okay I'm back my camera died so maybe I'm in like a different position but I put the original telescopic on my right eye I don't okay what do you guys think leave in the comments below if you can tell that the carbon black is blacker or more intense I don't really know in person maybe like a hint a hint darker but I feel like if you're gonna come out with a whole new mascara that's carbon black shouldn't it be like very intense but we are gonna go in with my spoolie and see how the carbon black comes off the ice because the telescopic came off easily yeah okay but I am curious to see how the carbon black one lasts I feel like when with blacker mascaras they weirdly like smudge more because there's more like pigment so I'm curious to see how it lasts or if it flakes or whatnot so it is about 2 p.m

 There is a waterproof version, which I also wear, and then a carbon black, which is supposed to have like two times the intensity of these mascaras. So basically if you haven't seen my mascara comparisons before, what I do is over the course of a few days, I wear all of these and I compare them. So I show you the application, I show you the wand, tell you what I think about them and wear them for eight hours to see if they smudge, if they flake.  and we're gonna zoom in and look at the mascaras okay so the original telescopic is on my left eye now it didn't smudge as much as normal but I have worn this mascara many times before and it does have a smudging problem you can kind of see up on my eyebrow like kind of in my eyebrow there where it's smudging and then also on the lower lash line right there you can tell it's smudged under my eyes there are a few flakes if you can see that I mean nothing it's not awful or anything and I definitely prefer the way the original looks compared to the waterproof side something about the waterproof side the formula was just a little bit different I feel like it didn't really achieve the same effect you kind of see how it looks different I expect a waterproof mascara to not flake or smudge or do anything and looking at it okay there's like okay yeah so there are some flakes they're really small right there they aren't bad though and there's less of them on this side than there is on the original there is I feel like some do you see that like transferring smudging right there too so I definitely say the original telescopic wins for today I just prefer especially the look of this side better now tomorrow on day two I'm gonna be comparing the normal original against the carbon black telescopic mascara to kind of see how they both wear if it's really black or things like that so stay tuned for day two and I'll be there just in a few moments hey guys welcome to day two so we're gonna be testing the original telescopic which we tested yesterday against the telescopic carbon black mascara so because I already did like the overview of the telescopic there's nothing much different about this one the only difference is that it's supposed to have two times the intensity so it's supposed to be like even blacker that's about all I see about it other than that it's supposed to perform the exact same way also I want to mention even though I did leave it in my description and the waterproof version oh my god it was so hard to get off I haven't had this much trouble getting off mascara in so long it was extremely difficult so I'm gonna zoom in and we're gonna apply both least my eyes and see how they last throughout the day okay so first of all the telescopic carbon black we're gonna apply to my left eye and it has the same one it's the same mascara it's just supposed to be blacker personally I feel like the telescopic is already really black so I'm curious to see how much blacker this is but it should apply you know the exact same way I'm not expecting it to be much different and I feel like I'm not really gonna be able to tell how much blacker it is until we apply the original on my right eye okay yeah also disclaimer here I use a retinol and it's been peeling making my eyes peel I use too strong of an amount so that is why my makeup looks awful so please just ignore that I know it looks so crusty like look around my eyes like look how bad that is but I use a retinol so that's why it looks awful I'm trying to get my skin back to normal but I had to put on makeup for this video honestly I feel like that looks pretty black I mean that it's definitely really black so we're gonna start on the upper lashes I still hate that my skin looks like this it's been like a week since I used retinol I only used the retinol once it seems like the exact same formula thank god because like I said yesterday the waterproof version had a little bit different of a formula we're gonna do like two coats of this I don't really know I definitely need to apply the original on my right eye I mean I'm going to do that but I had to see if it's really that much blacker okay so there's like I put on like two coats there but it just seems like it really separated my lashes and it made them like cling together so it looks like I don't have lashes kind of like the bite beauty one did I'm kind of confused though because this is literally like the same mascara that I used yesterday but it looks different on my eyes I added about three coats there are lots of layers but I like that a lot it looks like the original yesterday definitely and it does seem pretty dang black because I already showed you guys the original application yesterday I'm gonna go off camera apply the original to my right eye and I'll be back and we're gonna like see if there's like a difference okay I'm back my camera died so maybe I'm in like a different position but I put the original telescopic on my right eye I don't okay what do you guys think leave in the comments below if you can tell that the carbon black is blacker or more intense I don't really know in person maybe like a hint a hint darker but I feel like if you're gonna come out with a whole new mascara that's carbon black shouldn't it be like very intense but we are gonna go in with my spoolie and see how the carbon black comes off the ice because the telescopic came off easily yeah okay but I am curious to see how the carbon black one lasts I feel like when with blacker mascaras they weirdly like smudge more because there's more like pigment so I'm curious to see how it lasts or if it flakes or whatnot so it is about 2 p.m. I'll be back at 10 p.m
