She said that they would still honor their warranty though and either replace it with a different toy or send a replacement. I don't really need the Lush 2 because my gf already has several Ichigo vibes but she wanted to try the Ambi so I chose to get that as a replacement and yeeted the Lush into the closet. Overall the whole thing took about a week and I would definitely go back to Lovense. Their Lush 2 didn't turn out quite as I hoped, but their support team was very accommodating and I will be coming back for more.

I really haven't used it that much over the year I've had it as I have other favourite vibrators (the Lush 2 is amazing) so I don't see how it would be from misuse; I think it's just a poor quality product. Lovehoney is still my go-to reseller here in Australia for other brands (like Lovense) but I don't think I'll be getting their own branded vibrators again. That specific model is no longer in stock, but there's a good chance the same flaw applies to similar Lovehoney-branded wand vibrators. Perhaps this is a common problem with mains-powered wand vibrators?

For something app-controlled, there's pretty much three main options for the kind of thing you're looking for, which are the Lovense Lush and We-Vibe Jive you've already mentioned seeing and the [OhMiBod Esca All three have pros and cons so it really depends on what's most important to you. The Lush is generally gets the best reviews for connectivity and is also the strongest, but it's louder than the other two (possibly noticeable in a quiet environment, probably not if there's other noise around). The Esca is the rumbliest and also quieter (and has extra cool app features), but it gets mixed reviews for connectivity, particularly for people with larger thighs.

In my opinion there's not a noticeable difference in power level between the Lush 2 and [Lush I do think I get a touch better G-spot stimulation with the new version, but it’s not super noticeable.
