I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

 I purchased nine of them to try out in a variety of colors, some neutral, some more bright, a lot of matte ones, some with more shimmer. So in my swatches that I've done on my hand, I actually did one like here you can see with just a light amount kind of blended so you'll see a more sheer application. And then this is like two coats thicker and more opaque. So because generally, if I'm using a paint pot, I would use a little bit and kind of blend it all the way out if I'm doing it like as a base

 So I'm just going to take that on my finger and apply it on top. So the paint pod gives us something really nice to stick to. Yeah, so right there when you put the shadow on it, it can adhere to it and look great. Like especially if I'm applying something to my lid and I want it to really stick, use your finger

 I love the formula of the matte ones. They are just really creamy. They're opaque, quite buildable. And this is one that would be great for like liner graphic liner

 But for me, it's just you just can't get any better than the formula of the matte finishes. Next is ultraviolet, which is really pretty, especially in the jar. But yeah, I have the same feelings about it. It's workable

I’ve tried a couple different brands, but it’s the same story with all (NYX, Covergirl, etc.). My eyes are hooded and I laugh a lot, so that doesn’t help.
Does anyone have tips for this? Maybe a brand recommendation?

Mascara Smudges

 And so today we're gonna be unboxing, like I mentioned, new cream eyeshadows by MAC called the Pro Longwear Paint Pot. But before we do that, what you drinking over there? Me, I have a little bit of Cucumber and Mint Vodka with some sparkling water and slices of cucumber. Super refreshing, right? And I actually matched my Whitney Houston painting. Was not intentional, but it's cute, right? So, are you guys familiar with these? Have you used these before? I love them

 I hope you loved the swatching. I hope you loved this quick eye utilizing nothing but cream eyeshadows. And baby, when I tell you this thing is about to last and last, I probably could go swimming. But in the meantime, you guys know what to do

 You know, staples in my makeup kit are like Groundwork, Painterly, Soft Ochre, Quite Natural, things like that. A lot of them are neutral tones. So MAC has come out with shade extensions and more colors for these. And you know what's really cool about these is they're long wearing

This new formula is AMAZING! Best eye shadow primer I've ever used. It's a little more tacky and has less slip than the previous formula, which is amazing. It allows for easy building, blending, and keeps everything in place all day— even when I'm constantly touching. My two favorite paint pot shades are Layin Low and Painterly

 This makes throwing on some quick natural shadow in the morning so easy, and I appreciate that. This is non scented!
