Not great for lifting/CrossFit

 Pretty expensive though for how long this will probably last. It's about the consistency of shampoo, so this bottle doesn't go very far. I've only used it 8 times and the bottle is 1/3 of the way gone. From now on, I'll be saving it for outdoor climbs and not wasting it indoors because of the price factor

 The only issue I've had is it really makes your grip very dry and that can cause issues if you don't grip the bar correctly. Your hand doesn't have any slip at all where with chalk it can slip a little. This actually works better but you need to be very careful when pulling 545 lbs off the floor that you are using a proper grip. I love this stuff

I got this for Christmas last year, easily one of the best investments I've made towards powerlifting. My hands unfortunately get really sweaty in general, which doesn't translate well to doing exercises like heavy deadlifts, but this brand is excellent and makes my hands completely dry. I made just one of these last for almost a year, so the investment is absolutely woth it.

Easily worth the money.

I was suspicious on the whole concept of liquid chalk, but a friend of mine tested it and recommended it, so I gave it a shot.  It holds better than the weightlifting straps, and because the grip is so firm I don't feel anything in my forearms while doing heavy lifts.  And because it doesn't turn into powder, it's OK to use it at "regular" gyms.
