Use a bic lighter instead of the fire starter, invest in a quality sleeping pad with like a Nemo alpine (can use in winter) it’s way more comfortable than what you selected. Go with the Tungsten 2p tent, it’s a quality tent that will last. You don’t have to be ultralight but you should seriously take into consideration the weight of the items and more importantly the size of the items in making your decision on what to buy.

It's sturdy, light, and around your price range. Great vestibule for gear, good headroom, and fits us both (5'2" and 5'10") with a bit of room to spare.

Marmot Tungsten 2P is a good one to consider too. It’s great in the rain, comes with a foot print, double doors and double vestibule. It was a bit longer than others we were comparing it to around the same price point so allows room for some storage inside if you want.
