It’s such a cool concept that’s actually done well. You twist the top and the wand changes depending on the volume and length you want. I don’t know if anyone remembers when Lancôme and a drugstore brand had this (maybelline or almay rings a bell) released something way back in the day with this concept but this one has a nice formula that doesn’t smudge. It looks great with the Lash Former base and isn’t heavy.

I've really been in love with the new Maybelline lash sensational sky high mascara. It separates, really lengthens, and doesn't smudge for me personally.
