 It's just going to kind of bring, it's just cleaning it at the end of the day. It's just removing light, light dirt and light dust so of course it looks more black. It is not a product that's going to clean heavy dirt. As far as this product goes whether it's a good you know quote good product or not well I think it's a great product I just it's got to be used in the right setting and so if I was dealing with a very dirty car well in that situation I'm not going to reach for this product but if I'm dealing with a nicer higher end car Mercedes one of my clients that keeps their car really maintained and really clean and all I'm trying to do is kind of make it smell good maybe make everything look a little bit blacker a little bit darker and just kind of dust everything off I'm absolutely going to reach for this product and in that setting it's a great product so whether a product is good or bad it really is just relative to the situation you're in and you can't put this blanket statement over any product and especially not one like this saying it's good or bad because it just depends on the situation you're in

 This is a great product for the car I'm in right now it's not going to be a great product for the minivan that has 10 kids that hasn't been detailed in five years I'm not going to use a retail product for that car and so it's a great product but at the same time we have to be able to take products like this and understand that everyone's trying to sell a product and so when it says safely cleans all interior surfaces or restores the black appearance you have to take that with a grain of salt and take that with some experience and say okay well is it really restoring the black well no it's not it's just removing the dirt and if the surface is already been maintained and cleaned when the light dirt is removed of course it's going to look black and does it safely clean all interior surfaces well yes but only light dirt and probably dusting I also want to take a second to look at the back of the bottle and kind of look at the label for a second it says right here quickly cleans and enhances all interior surfaces improved deeper cleaning formula will not leave behind greasy appearance or feel and contains sun blocking agents to help preserve original appearance those are things that once again have to be taken with a grain of salt and have to be taken with some experience will it improve light dirt well yes will it leave behind a greasy appearance no and that's actually one of the amazing things that I love about this product is that a product like armor all number one I would never use that and I wouldn't suggest anybody use armor all but this does not leave behind a greasy appearance it doesn't leave behind a greasy feel the only thing that leaves behind is a Scott matte black finish and that's awesome and it also yes it does contain some sun blocking agents in other words if you use this regularly on your dashboard it will certainly help preserve the appearance of your dashboard and preserve it from cracking or fading but it also needs to be understood that eventually everything degrades especially cars that are sitting in the sun so you can apply this every day if you wanted but eventually a dashboard will fade and that's just the nature of the beast so you have to have realistic expectations but all in all this is a great product and in my professional detailing world it's not something I use a ton but if I'm wanting to kind of spruce up the interior do a quick interior detail no pun intended that I'm not really doing anything with heavy dirt I'm just dealing with light dust light dirt I'm absolutely going to reach for this so guys all in all this is a great product if you would like to buy this product go ahead and click the show more box below this video and in the description box will be a link to the Meguiar's quick interior detail and it'll take you right to Amazon right to that product so if you'd like to buy this go ahead and use my link below this video and if you are new to my Wilson Auto Detailing channel first of all welcome and second of all consider subscribing because I come out with weekly videos tips and tricks on how to detail your car clean your car tools to use products to use strategies to implement and even things for the professional detailers like communication skills business skills and more if you like this video go ahead give it a thumbs up if you don't like this video you can give it a thumbs down and if you'd like me to do a review or kind of if you'd like me to talk about something in the detailing world or explain something that you need further clarification on go ahead and leave me a comment below and let me know what you would like me to make the video about also remember normally my videos are how to videos with detailing so this is really my first video that was like a review of a product so if you liked this review then let me know and I will definitely do more reviews in addition to the videos I already do so anyways guys remember to subscribe because these videos will probably be of value to you so subscribe to my channel and guys I'll see you next time.

Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer: A Comprehensive Review

I'm looking for a product with a matte finish to protect interior plastics like the dash, center of the steering wheel, etc.  So far CarPro PERL and 303 Aerospace are really the only matte finish ones I've found.  Of those, which is more matte?  Any other matte finish products I should be looking at?

I received this product a couple of days ago. Finally tried it today. Basically it just seems like your run of the mill interior cleaner, nothing special to me. Honestly, I think soap and water would have cleaned just as well

Average cleaner with one annoying flaw

I usually use cheap Armor-All cleaning wipes but I decided to step it up a little and do the cleaner/microfiber towel method. I’m a noob that’s been spending alot of time lurking on this sub lol

Is Meguiars Quick Interior cleaner a decent product? I’m in SoCal and with all these fires, the dashboard and general interior of my Civic has accumulated a nice dusting of ashes. I decided to stop being lazy and bought some of that Meg’s quick interior right now.

Product arrived with lid unsecured.

I'm a cheapass and wondering if I had to just buy one product for cleaning up a non-leather interior, which should I get? All the guides recommend a steamer type of thing, but I don't want to spend that much (although I'm sure it would be MUCH more effective), just looking do a quick refresh on the cheap and wanting the deepest clean I can get. I can supply the elbow grease/effort, just want to know what kind of spray or foam I can get, preferably locally. Was considering Folex perhaps? Thanks.
