I wear these for low-impact work outs and for sports like karate and BJJ, which don't require running. For those activities, the bras are comfortable. I also wear them when jogging, but while they provide okay support, they are less-comfortable for high-impact activities.  For sports bras on a budget, they're pretty good

Fits perfect and is comfortable. Does embellish perkiness which isn’t what I expect of a sports bra but supports breasts well so no complaints.

These are a great, inexpensive, comfortable bra to wear every day, but order up 1-2 sizes, depending on how tight you want them to be.

I ordered a medium and my plan was actually to try doubling up. I was pleasantly surprised that they are more supportive than I thought (full disclosure, I removed those awful Removeable pads… why do they exist??)

 My problem with most high impact sports bras is that they don’t give enough coverage and because they are (understandably) more constricting, I end up with an unattractive side boob from bras digging into my armpit which can cause chaffing and be painful after a long run or grueling workout. Most full coverage bras only offer D+ Cup sizes. I’ve been trying out medium impact bras… just to see if anything may work for me.
