I like the feel of the pack and it holds plenty of stuff but the stretchy adjustments in the front allow it to expand and contract too much causing it to loosen up. I find myself tugging on the straps the whole time I am running trying to keep it tight.

Not comfortable enough for me to keep training with. Your better off with belt type. the Belts to secure from movement, Gets loose way too often. Needs improvements. Great design overall, light weight.
