**Nike Cosmic Unity**: The traction indoors suck, so I had to demote it to playing exclusively outdoors. The heel slippage at first was annoying but I learned to use the topmost eyelet and it would be gone. Not a fan of the thick materials and the stiff Crater Foam. This shoe is endanger of being retired

I would take a look at Nike Cosmic Unity. Low top with a nice base to prevent ankle rolls and substantial padding to contain a bigger guy. Very well cushioned too, should help minimize impact landing.

Since my play style has a lot of slashing I like lower profile shoes with court feel  but I also need something that can contain me laterally. I’m not a wide footer, and my heel is fairly slim. No idea what to look for and open to any suggestions!

It's more comfortable, lockdown, traction is good and lateral containment is on par with SB2 but the cushion is more forgiving. If it is in your budget I would highly recommend the Nike Cosmic Unity for bigger guys. The cushion is amazing giving you bounce and impact protection while providing court feel and keeping you lockdown.I have the CU as well and havent played in the SB2 since

PG5, Harden 3, or Cosmic Unity?

So currently, I got the pg6 and kyrie infinity, and when looking at previous posts, many told others to get some shoes in the kd line, however those weren’t a match to me because of the heel slippage. I’m a fast guard who needs a responsive shoe, and as long as it’s responsive and has traction, I don’t mind the weight. Currently, I am looking at the puma mb.01 or the harden vol 6 although I’m worried it’s going to be too heavy. Any recommendations? Btw I’m 5’8 and around 120 pounds

Recommendation for my third shoe (before saying pg6 and kd14 read the description pls)

Nike GT Cut, Nike Cosmic Unity, or Puma Clyde All Pro would be my recommendations (bouncy cushion + good for guards)
