Nike KD14

Uh, as you guys can tell, I I like this shoe a lot.

What I experienced with the KD14 insole made it lower to the ground with good bounce,quicker reaction ,and combine that with the traction It felt like a Kyrie 7 with a zoom Strobel. Overall, It is a good we'll rounded shoe that I do recommend but just know the GT Cut is not perfect but you can tell Nike was striving for perfection when they made it.

Yeah, definitely stay far, far away from one bootie uppers Curry 8. The problem is most of these shoes from Nike are not flat foot or wide foot friendly. Even with the shoes that have foam in the arch, you really need to break in the shoe at home first or else the shoe will break in your foot for the first few times. You could try using a shoe stretcher on the KD14 (and make sure that you don't overtighten it the first time out as well.

Kd14 is a better shoe imo. Both are bulky, the kd14 has a better outsole, the zoom strobel is super nice. They are both not the best ventilated shoes, but the Melos just pick up way to much dust imo for me, have slipped pretty bad on dirty courts, made them my outdoor shoes. With the kd15 dropping soon, you should be able to find some 14’s on sale.

With that said over 60% of basketball shoe I've own where one of those version . Early summer I got KD14 in white traction was amazing indoor but returned it because I saw a lime green pair that was "EP" so by late summer I got it and let me say there is a slight difference.

The GT cut is a good shoe but it's not as good as the KD 14 . I fell in love with the KD14 and really don't play in my GT as much.I just don't need to unless I just want varity on the court or need that extra bounce . The KD14 has zoom strobel that's not too soft not too firm,better traction,it's weighs less, support and lockdown is just as good, cost less,you can customize, and the KDs are way more comfortable.

I feel my kd14 are softer, but the gt jump does feel like it's giving me spring when I run down the court. I'm experiencing arch pain and the shoes seem to run narrow for me and I'm feeling that arch pain. I have no such issue with kd14 which seem to be a wider shoe. I had issues with the LeBron 18 too, it's meant to be a max cushion shoe but they felt like bricks to me.

Too bad because I liked the fact that they are very lightweight, outsole grip is insane and have a running-shoes feel. Now I reserve them for recovery day; shooting practice and some dribble practice on wet outdoor court. EDIT: Here is some quick pics comparison with my KD14.
