 Holy oh, it curdled my milk a little bit there. Our rear end doesn't stick and glue like a full suspension does. Definitely gotta ride lighter and try to miss the rocks, but I am not doing that right now. I am not hitting this jump that I normally hit

 Oh, this is where you enjoy the hardtail. It is. Just Just throw it around. no problem

 You find that rear end popping around a little bit more, well up quite a bit more, and then braking. It doesn't glue as easily as like a full suspension where you that rebound kind of pushes back. It just really just kind of skips so you got to be on your game, not as confident, obviously going into anything a lot quite a bit slower, but the pedaling sections are good. Uh, nervous about the next part because I'm going into rocky trail and it is hard work on a good day

 maybe even like a a comparison between full suspension um versus hardtail. So thank you. Yes. I bought a 2017 talon 2 as my first real mtb. I rode it enough to know I really enjoyed the sport and moved to my current Nukeproof Scout 290. I've especially loved the 1x drive train, dropper post, and killer brakes

is this a good beginner bike

 I will add a dropper, good pedals, cut the bars down to 760 and think about replacing the cheap fork. Gears do not appear to be set up correctly from unboxing and brakes still bedding in.

Great bike! Upgrading from cross country

 I accepted the proposed solution. Suddenly the medium sized Big Al frame became unavailable in the colour I opted for and they suggested  a different colour. Then that was also suddenly unavailable. So this happened twice! Both times they where unable to follow through and support their own suggestion

 They then "wanted to avoid" having the bike returned for replacement so they suggested to have the frame swapped with another cheaper brand. (Ragley Big al). I accepted the proposed solution. Suddenly the medium sized Big Al frame became unavailable in the colour I opted for and they suggested  a different colour

Deliberately misleading customer support!

I was always a big fan of aggressive hardtail mountain bikes and especially the Nukeproof brand. I find them way much more fun to ride comparing to full suspension bikes and they really make you a better rider.
