You can access all your gear, there's a long zipper down the side where you can access gear on the top, the middle and the bottom, and then sleeping bag compartment down at the bottom provide really wide access to your sleeping bag or whatever else you have in That pocket now the top lid of this pack is actually completely removable and it converts into a separate day pack, unlike some other large capacity packs, that kind of give you a hit pack with this lid. This is a true day pack, it's got really substantial, strap! It'S much more functional than those hip pack types of things and because it's removable, you can even just leave this at home if you're looking to lighten up the load, there's even a flap on the top of this pack that, if you do leave this behind, you Can secure your gear, it's a little details like this that make me really love this pack. If your hike gets technical - and you can't use your trekking poles, you can use the convenient stow on the go, trekking pole, loops, there's a loop on harness and then one towards the side of the pack

 So you don't feel too top-heavy if you have this fully loaded, there's a lot of pack above the shoulder straps here and if you have it fully packed out, sometimes it can feel top-heavy. So this extra load, lifter bar, is really important and just keeping that weight secure to feel good on your back as far as access into the pack you've got access to your gear through three points. So as I turn it around here, the Ariel packs
come with custom components.

And what I mean by that is you can choose
the torso length of the pack specifically

You can adjust the torso in the shoulder harness
once you have the pack and you can choose

can choose the size hip belt.

So you have got three different components

You can mix and match to get your perfect
fit.

So there is no guessing on whether this pack

Those components are the isoform custom fit

So you have mesh on the inside of the shoulder
straps.

You have got mesh on the inside of the hip
belt.

And these shoulder straps are very formed.

The hip belt has curves on it that are going
to fit the curves of your body.

And this is just going to deliver a really

After you wear the pack for multiple days
and once you kind of break in these shoulder

straps, they are going to conform to your

So really great components here, very, very

The rest of the back panel here, you have
got Osprey’s airscape back panel that has

a cen-ter chimney here that has spacer mesh
on the front of it that is going to allow

It is going to keep your back nice and cool.

It is an aluminum light wire frame that goes
around the outside to give it rigidity.

You also have a center aluminum stay in the
middle that you can’t see.

So that gives the pack a lot of rigidity.

It transfers the weight to your hips, right
where you need it.

And to give it a lightweight feel, you also
have an HDPE frame sheet behind the scenes

So that offers that rigidity, that support
that you need.

But it keeps the weight down of the pack.

You can access the hydration sleeve from the
out-side.

You don’t have to take things out of your
pack.

You don’t have to open up your pack in order
to put that hydration system in there.

And working my way down from the top, obviously,
you have got load lifter straps to dial in
