 It's not a super fantastic, but it gets the job done for a big guy like me. I'm not like I'm not small, but I'm not big, it just fits me so I wish they had put a little bit more on that but at the same time so you could tell this is kind of aimed for people who are smaller and I'm about average size for a guy like myself. I don't super work out all the time, but at the same time I'm not super overweight so you could tell us the same debt. Well, skinnier guys

 it's a good hydration bladder. Do not get me wrong, one of things this does actually come with though if you do like hydration bladders is it does come with a magnetic grip for the hydration water which does work really well and I found that work really well. but I'll get into why I'm not big on the hydration bladder and this in the future or in later in the view, but the higher water is good but I'm not gonna really review into that much further. So I bought this as a smaller backpack I wanted something that I could carry less in and not be tempted to carry more in I have about a thirty liter elevating continental backpack and quite frankly I tended to carry too much in it

 That's like on those hikes out there. This thing was good enough that I could just pack what I needed for the day. We did some small hikes while we're out there and this thing was on my back during those hikes. enough that when we needed water or food while we're on the desert in some areas, this is all I needed

 perfect for those, but then you can even go even further. 12 mile hike if you really want to 20 mile hike and have everything really need into this in this backpack. You really don't need much on those hikes and this is perfect. It's light, its quick, and if you want to throw it off, it comes off in a snap

 Number two issue issue magnet on the hose only hooks into the chest strap—which unlike other packs is not symmetrical but only adjusts on the magnet side so if you need more size it goes far left and doesn’t hold the hose. Huge bummer for those of us with bigger chests. Wish the magnet was movable or the straps were switched. Kind of a dumb design

The Osprey scare of eighteen is a nifty little hydration pack for the weekend warrior it's simple, comfortable and includes a hydration reservoir, followed a super, attractive price. This is a great pack for the hiker, who might only get out a few times a month wants to keep it light and doesn't need too many bells and whistles. The scarab gives you everything you need to stay on the trail for a solid day of hiking. The pack sits comfortably because of the built in foam frame sheet no heavy framing here, but that sheet will give you enough stability to handle enough gear for the day's adventure to stow your gear

Perfect size for a quick day hike, whenever you don’t need to pack a ton of stuff but still want the option to bring a couple of things along with your water bladder. I used it initially as a daily use backpack as a park ranger, but with heavier loads and broad shoulders I could never find a comfortable sit in the shoulders when worn for long stretches of time. I mostly use it on my days off or for hammock camping trips now! Osprey quality build as always, worth every penny IMO!

Comfortable and good size for a full day hike bag. Recommend purchasing a cap for the bite valve. Wish it had additional pockets and/or organizer.

 The these bags only come in one size. They don't have the small/medium medium-large like the bigger bags do. so 18 liters only it's $80 It comes in three colors: red I Really like this red Inferno red. They call it a black and a blue I Wish them what their other bags came with these colors but the size on this it's 1

 but since Ospreys videos tend to be a little bit low on specifics, as long as I had this bag I wanted to throw up a video on I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or not. I got this bag because I'm going to Machu Picchu hiking 40 miles into A via the Sockeye Trail and you can't take more than 20 liters into Machu Picchu more than 20 liter bag. So I wanted a smaller bag as opposed to the Osprey Stratos the 32 or 34 that I'll probably take with me. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this though

 Post some comments because I they always talk about this so they don't get scratched. I'd be afraid they were going to break if I just had them sitting loose in here. But anyway, but scratch free pocket as it is here and it's a big pocket goes all the way down to here I'm it's it's that deep. so it's a big pocket so you can fit a bunch of stuff in here and also in here there is a keeper for your keys or anything else you might want to a fix to that on the inside

1 pounds and it's 18 inches by 11 inches by 9 inches so it's a nice small comfortable bag. This bag does come with a water bladder back here there's a separate water bladder pouch comes with a two and a half liter water bladder and the tubing comes out and down the strap. I'll show yous to you when I put it on and then it has the magnetic attachment which I really like I don't care for the Osprey tubing that much though because the bite valve is always exposed and sometimes when you're out hiking if you put your bag down to starts dangling dangles into the dirt and I really want to be putting that in my mouth after I've had that on the ground. so I prefer the source water water tubing where it actually has a cover that goes over this so I'd be replacing it with that if I was going to use it but comes down I like the ones that come up and down the strap as opposed to the Stratus that comes around the side

This is a great pack for all day hiking and/or hiking with the family. When we hike, my husband has the baby in an osprey hiking back pack carrier and I'll carry this. The baby carrier has a spot for a bladder and snacks/change of clothes etc, but I love that I have the option to carry stuff too, especially when we're hiking a place that has waterfalls. I can stuff a towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, snacks, dog stuff, etc all in this one pack
